Gulf Gate Apartments is a quiet, friendly, and clean community in an ideal location close to the beach. The grounds are always well maintained and beautiful. The office staff is friendly, capable, professional, attentive, pleasant, and provides outstanding service. Maintenance is reliable and top notch, with concerns often addressed the same or next business day.
The apartments are spacious and well-equipped, including with new appliances. The community offers many thoughtfully designed amenities, such as a gym with great new equipment. It provides a relaxing and enjoyable lifestyle for residents, their families, and pets. Residents describe it as a diamond in Sarasota, noting the great value and that it is within budget. The location is considered the best in Sarasota and can't be beat.
Lori, Melanie, and the rest of the wonderful staff has always been helpful. Everyone is very personable. I had excellent neighbors and a lovely quiet place I loved to call home for five years. I did have to move out, but I would definitely return if I was able.

Sometimes it's a place. Sometimes it's a person. My reason for 5 stars is Melanie Nadeau. I'm tickled as a bug with my new place. It would have never been this easy and delightful without her.
