L'Estancia is an intimate community located on twenty-eight acres of lush landscaping and peaceful surroundings in the heart of prestigious Sarasota. It is a beautiful place with a gorgeous view of the lake, green spaces, and huge trees, unlike apartments stacked high on concrete. The complex is maintained beautifully and safe, featuring pools, tennis courts, and a playground for pets. Its outstanding location is just minutes from Siesta Key's white sandy beaches, fine restaurants, specialty shops, and golf courses. The apartments are spacious, with renovated units, and prices are very fair. The staff is amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, and very responsive, keeping their word. Management is very organized and caring, making the place feel more like a neighborhood than a typical apartment complex.

I have live here for several years. Gloria Is a wonderful property manager. She is kind, friendly and very punctual, doing everything to ensure a pleasant experience.
