I forgot the protocol and the female mechanic (I think Becca was her name and so sorry if I am wrong!) was so sweet when providing instructions on where to pull in and the next steps. The man in the office (I believe Dustin, again I am so sorry if I am wrong!) was very kind and made the experience enjoyable while waiting for my car. “Spencer was amazingI even changed my cabin filter and my air filter a week before to make sure that people didn’t try to upsell me and say I needed a new one.And all the employees said both filters were clean!Some places would never have done that. They would have brought out a dirty filter and said it was mine.”

“Stopped by this location after going to the one off of 64, got my transmission fluid replaced, tires rotated and a oil change, after driving down the road some miles my car was all sorts of messed up so i took it to a different location ( this one ) where the manager brandon and his team were all so nice and brandon truly helped me out and did a terrific job , definitely my top choice when deciding where to go for my next oil change :)!”
