“I highly recommend this store. They were so accommodating. I wasn't sure of what I wanted for a paddle. On three separate occasions, I took a different paddle to try. I narrowed down my choice to the elongated Selkirk Air Control Luxx Invikta. They did not have a new one available because they had just sold the last one. When their order came in, they shipped one to me in Maine. They were very speedy mailing it out. I am so happy with my purchase. Being on the shorter side, the elongated paddle has helped me reach the things that I previously could not. Even though you are worth the drive, I just wish that you would consider a Bradenton location.”

“Super friendly place! Juan does AMAZING work! We came in with a beat up board for putting on top of our 67 VW bus asking about perhaps fixing it up and he was honest in telling us it was not really a board worth fixing due to its conditions. We asked if he had anything he would sell us for the sole purpose of just asthetics on our bus and he sold us one of his older ones for a THIRD of what we paid for ours! I will definitely recommend this place to anyone i know looking for boards or repairs!!”

“WOW! There are a number of great brands for sun protection clothing out there, but this one takes the cake.#1 Reason…. They make it all from refined recycled materials to help clean the environment.#2 Reason…I never thought I would say the word “Craftsmanship” in the same sentence as a 50spf shirt.We can’t wait to buy more after spending time in what we did buy.We will never buy another brand again if these. They dry fast almost to a pint of cooking you and the SPF is rated for the life of the clothing.Too Cool and great product.”

“I hadn't been into this store for a long time , but I needed a NY hat for a trip to NYC - i grew up in that NY/NJ area-- needless to say I was welcomed and delicately approached with detailed knowledge and customer service and courtesy - the store is well kept and a huge variety - Morgan :) was the only one on staff that day and she was just amazing at her job and very courteous and very personal and she made my day / Lids made my day - personalized my hat - and I'm already excited for our trip - I mean the hostess / mgr / employee Morgan was above and beyond good at her job and a truly a caring person and such a great human being and conversation and also knew so much about what Lids has and she offers so much more - I will also likely be back for her/ Lids to make my Painting Service hats - they do custom pro embroidery services and can customize hats and have such a great selection - great service and caring staff , great lids , great prices - what else could you ask for ?”

“I came in here with my Dad about a year ago to get a club regripped. The gentleman was very kind and when I came to pick it up, told me not to worry about it, since I brought in the grip from home. I thought that was such a nice gesture, I’ve been coming here now for all my golf needs. Today, I had a 12pm appointment for a driver fitting and it couldn’t have been more enlightening and fun. I used to have nice conversations with them, they used to smile… I feel something weird its happening in that store.
Previous: I’ve been a Fabletics customer for over 3 years now. The clothes are super long lasting and great fitting. This store is great! I never had an issue with an employee or the membership. I do sign up for the offer, buy what I want, and I cancel my membership online in just two clicks. Use chat gpt if you don’t read, but stop blaming others for your shopping experience. You have to cancel a membership if you don’t want to get charged. Easy exchanges as well in the store. Its a great brand.”
