I can’t say enough good stuff about Doris Sousa at the Sarasota branch. I don’t live in Sarasota but had to take care of estates for two friends in that area. Doris was always ready to help me when I called. She’s very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend Doris to fill your banking needs.

We’ve had an account here for several years. Although it is not our primary bank, we have never had an issue. Today we were there and teller 4029 (sorry this sounds so impersonal) helped with our transaction. She is friendly, informative and very efficient.
