Two starts because it looks nice inside. But their rules are horrible. Charge me a $10 fee for cashing a check after telling me over the form that I just needed two forms of ID. Plus wanted my social security number and even threatened me to call the owner of the $1k check like if I have stole it! Seriously?

Very positive experience opening an account with Matt Chase. He went above and beyond, provided very useful recommendations, and was punctual, knowledgeable, and accurate. A very good first impression of the bank and the branch. We also loved the doggy ATM food station - see photo :)
