My car needed front end body work, Mr. Croce worked with my insurance company, got the right parts, got them installed and painted quickly. He even touched up some areas not in the scope of work. Going above and beyond customer expectation's rarely happens today, but it does there.

He had to pull out a dent in a bad spot by the tail light, and it looks great. The paint blended in perfectly. I am actually surprised its that good! He also saved me a couple hundred!”

“My service advisor Lenny worked long and hard to get my car's issues resolved, and went the extra mile to try and get my extended warranty to cover all of the needed repairs. Unfortunately, the warranty would not cover the batteries, but because it took 2 tows and 2 visits for Suncoast to find the underlying issue, Lenny got the dealership to cover half of my deductible! So helpful! I'm very happy with the service I received from Lenny and Suncoast Chrysler! Highly recommended!!”

“I’ve had 2 great experiences with Jim’s Auto Body. The first was a very minor repair to my wife’s QV70 and could not have been happier. The job was small as was the price but I was treated as if I was spending a lot of money. Great communication and generally the people there seem to be very happy and pleasant. I came back to have some body parts added to my new Mustang and have the paint sealer and wow what a job they did. I will not go anywhere else for car repairs and will be telling all my friends to go there that might need their service.”
