“The top radiator hose on my truck exploded at the light before the Autozone store was. I drove it into the parking lot and went inside and Josh was there. I asked him if he could take a look at my engine and tell me what part I needed.
Josh was super friendly and walked out to my truck and instantly knew the part I needed to get. Josh's store didn’t have my part so Josh found it at another store. I was able to get ride to the store in St. Pete and they had it there waiting. What a great person Josh is!!! The customer service he gave was 10 star level. In less than 2 hours I went from having a blown hose to being back on the road. Isn’t that what we all want? Josh, thank you for the best customer service ever!!!”

The difference was their honesty about what really needed to be done. They used the same OEM parts and craftsmanship, saving me $1,700. Absolutely, positively five stars—excellent work and 100% honest. Highly recommend.”
