My car wouldn't start, so I had AAA come out. The technician thought the issue was the battery terminal clamp, so I called this AutoZone. Dempsey told me to come on over, and he would take a look.
He went above and beyond. He tested my battery, fully charged it for nearly an hour, cleaned the battery terminal clamp (which he determined was still in good condition), reinstalled everything, made sure all the connections were tight, and then tested the battery, alternator, and starter. Everything checked out, and he even gave me a printout of the test results for my records.
What impressed me the most wasn't just his knowledge—it was how he treated me. Unfortunately, some auto repair places make women feel like they don't know anything about cars. I've never experienced that at this AutoZone. Every employee I've dealt with has treated me with kindness, respect, and honesty, and Dempsey was no exception.
Thank you, Dempsey, for taking the time to help me and for providing such outstanding customer service. It was truly appreciated, and you've earned a customer for life.”

“Now I know why Tribby's has a 5 star rating here on Google Reviews. I developed a leak in the trunk of my 2016 Mustang and I quickly learned that not too many body shops like to work on that. And I don't know of many people that take better care of their car than me. After meeting with the owner (Bill) he agreed to check it out. I felt real comfortable knowing he would be doing the inspection and work himself instead of assigning it to a different employee, so I left the car with him. Not 10 minutes after I got home I received a call from Bill that he found the source of the leak and thoroughly explained what would be involved and the cost. (The rear window had to be removed to address cracks in the body seams hidden by the glass). If you love your ride as much as me, this is definitely 'not' what you want to hear. But the alternative would be much worse, so I gave the 'go-ahead'. When I picked it up Bill showed me photos of the area and what they did. Bottom line: I give Tribby's a 6 star rating. Honesty, knowledge, fair prices, quality of work. And if they can make 'me' happy they can make 'anyone' happy. Thanks Bill!”

Anthony assisted me and gave me an unbeatable price and he was also confident he could match the paint color. I dropped the car off and when I picked it up it looked like a brand new car. AND to make it even better he said the paint did not need to be blended in the bumper part so the original quote is now cheaper. It's so hard to find a body shop that's honest, has great customer service and takes pride in their work. The car was also done a day earlier then expected!! I didn't get the pleasure of meeting Choices, due to his vacation but by the way the shop operated and spoke of him I can tell that he runs a great shop. I am so happy I found a solid collision center to use and refer my friends and family.”
