“I recently had my Acura TLX repaired at Mid County Collision, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience.
From the moment I walked in, the team was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to clearly explain the repair process, kept me updated throughout the job, and made the entire experience stress-free. It’s rare to find a shop that combines excellent customer service with top-tier craftsmanship the way they do.
When I picked up my car, it honestly looked better than it did before the accident. The paint match was flawless, the bodywork was perfect, and the attention to detail was obvious. They clearly take pride in their work and treat every vehicle like it’s their own.
What really stood out was their communication and transparency. They stayed on schedule, answered every question I had, and made sure everything was completed to the highest standard.

“I can't say enough good things about the team at this AutoZone, especially Dempsey.
My car wouldn't start, so I had AAA come out. The technician thought the issue was the battery terminal clamp, so I called this AutoZone. Dempsey told me to come on over, and he would take a look.
He went above and beyond. He tested my battery, fully charged it for nearly an hour, cleaned the battery terminal clamp (which he determined was still in good condition), reinstalled everything, made sure all the connections were tight, and then tested the battery, alternator, and starter. Everything checked out, and he even gave me a printout of the test results for my records.
What impressed me the most wasn't just his knowledge—it was how he treated me. Unfortunately, some auto repair places make women feel like they don't know anything about cars. I've never experienced that at this AutoZone. Every employee I've dealt with has treated me with kindness, respect, and honesty, and Dempsey was no exception.

“I had a dent in the front fender of my vehicle and shopped around for some quotes. I was referred here and look no further!! I love little ma and pa shops. Anthony assisted me and gave me an unbeatable price and he was also confident he could match the paint color. I dropped the car off and when I picked it up it looked like a brand new car. AND to make it even better he said the paint did not need to be blended in the bumper part so the original quote is now cheaper. It's so hard to find a body shop that's honest, has great customer service and takes pride in their work. The car was also done a day earlier then expected!! I have a 6 x 10 tandem dump trailer that I did some significant damage to involving breaking the main support arm for the hydraulic piston and bending the rear axle. I brought the axle and crossmember into O’Dell Trailers, not only were they able to fabricate the new crossmember and build the custom axle, they got it all done in one day! I needed this trailer repaired quickly and they did just that! Found my new trailer parts and repair store for life!”
