This location was down unexpectedly on a Saturday and I desperately needed a car for a medical emergency with my father and she waited around at the other location after closing for me to make it in and had everything already arranged for me and was very compassionate about my situation. This is the way the service industry used to be. Grace is a tremendous asset to Enterprise and a throwback to the old days when people mattered over profit.”

I got a Honda and it was in great condition! He offered me water and there was a sit down area for us to talk and I asked a few questions.
