“I was heading to Destin on vacation and forgot one of my prescriptions. I initially called the location up the street, who were not at all helpful. Then, I called this location. These guys went above and beyond, reaching out to my insurance to get an override, and calling me a couple of times to inform me of what was going in. Consequently, I got my prescription that wasn’t initially in stock at this location on time and didn’t miss my dose. The pharmacist I dealt with in person was very nice too.”

“I always receive great service at this location! Michelle, the daytime manager is always on her A-Game and very prompt with service. Ms. Sherry is very kind and always considerate of the regular customers. Jeromy is quick to cater to customers and always cracking a good joke! This location has recently changed their hours to 24/7 and I've had the pleasure of meeting Devin when I'm getting off work. Devin is extremely attentive and detailed on his shift! Happy to call this my third Thumb ??”

“Visiting from out of town and realized that I must not have packed critical medication. I only needed a couple of days worth, but wasn't due for a refill because I'd just had it filled. The pharmacist was incredibly accommodating and sweet. I would highly recommend this CVS if you live in the area or if you're just visiting.”

“Coke here all the time when out and about in the area and need something simple. Gets pretty busy during tourist season, but it’s clean and well stocked. Always be careful entering and exiting here as the customers can kind of be rude and cut you off or take a hard turn to try and get in. The staff is great and the area is right in the beginning of the tourist area of Fort Walton. Pretty good place.”

“So I have had to contact the state board of ethics and cause investigations to be initiated that resulted in pharmacists AND managers being separated for cause...(that means "fired")...
BUT NOT HERE!
These pharmacists and techs actually TRY TO HELP... and they succeed.
The CVS itself is fairly standard, but the reason you go is they have drugs you need.
In that respect I highly recommend them.”

“I stopped here the first time because their prices were the best nearby. I don’t normally go inside but had to this time.Being across from the school, the entrance was busy with kids hanging out front but they were monitored and run off. The employees inside were very nice and helpful.The second time I returned, there were no kids but the employees (different ones) were just as nice and helpful when a reward coupon didn’t work.TL;DR- Very nice and helpful employees, there may or may not be kids hanging outside.”
“One of the few places I am able to get a specific allergy medicine (OTC). Great staff here who are always helpful. Plus I am always impressed, mystified, puzzled, with all of the different kinds of items that are available in a "pharmacy-drug store". They have everything from sunscreens to make up to beer & wine to snacks to prescription meds to toys. Downside: if it's made in China you'll probably find it here. Regardless, it's solid place for needed prescriptions and necessities, especially if you're in a hurry... Great hours and close to Home Depot (a regular stop for me).”

“Lauren is amazing the backbone to this store. It is the cleanest convenience store in Fwb shalimar area. Clean restrooms and super friendly staff. I’ve saw some bad reviews for the atm not working the store does not own that atm it is owned by the bank and trust me when I say they take their time having it serviced. I’ve saw bad reviews about not being able to buy money orders with debit again no control of the store/ cashier working. Y’all want to complain tell eg America to put in new district managers it’s the higher ups that make the rules while running store managers in the dirt working them 70+ hours a week. Instead of being mean or rude to someone working behind that counter say something nice ! Everyone has bad days! P.S the customer is NOT always right.”
