“Carts that actually roll and arent rusted out, REALLY good pre made soups in the deli and the yogurt Parfait in the fruit section is AMAZING. The scale by the front door is clearly a liar but hey....”

The staff was helpful and even got me stinky beans for my Krapow. Unfortunately, I won't be in the states longer to give them long-term support. However, it appeared as if they have a rather large clientele that is offering huge support.

“Bob's store is there for over 40 years, this tells you something. Awesome customer service not just from the owner but from all his children and grandchildren that runs the store. Superb customer service from his daughters and son, as soon as you step in the store, you know that you are in a family store, not the Walton's store but Bob's store. Thank you Bob and all his family for providing awesome customer service, products and vegetables with a decent and comparable prices. I wish you had many franchises stores close by our home instead of driving from Navarre or Destin.”
“This commissary is a bit small, especially for the amount of traffic that moves through it. It carries everything you need but often times you will find things you need are out of stock. The meat department is good, most likely the best prices you'll find. The produce section could use some more TLC. Every time I've tried to pick apples, every single one is bruised which indicates how carelessly the produce in general is handled.”

“I shop at Grocery Outlet all the time i have gotten to know the cashiers. They work hard to get treated like crap from people that come in acting entitled I have witnessed it firsthand. They come in with no incentives. They don't get holiday pay, they get minimum wage. They are the ones that get yell at when prices are wrong. They're on the firing line everyday. So let's give credit to those cashiers. Yes they have bad days just like everyone else. You think that when they ask about something thats left in the cart is to accuse you of stealing well it's not. They asked for many reasons one to know if it needs to go back, cause there's many times people come up and don't pay for everything. People need to stop reading to far into stuff. It's their job to ask questions. You guys don't need to be ugly to them. They are the ones that are there working the holidays so you can get what you need. So let's take a step back and give the cashiers at grocery outlet a big shout out for there hard work.”

“I love how big their Hispanic food section is! Hispanic food is my comfort food, and there's so much available here. I come by often for groceries.
The store is always well stocked. Prices are good. Employees are friendly. The produce is sometimes old, and the store is kinda dirty, but it's not too bad. Not bad enough to bother me. Just giving a heads up to the picky people, lol.
I'd recommend people shop here. You're gonna find some cool, weird, and unusual stuff here that you can't find in other stores, like real sugar Mexican Coca-Cola (which I'd give 10 stars to if possible)”

I needed to exchange the meat i bought because it went bad in under 24 hours of being in the fridge. She let me exchange it & gave me NO HASTLE & I AM SO GRATEFUL FOR HER!! “Nice Clean store. Found everything I wanted and more then what was on my list. Nice helpful people work at this ALDI. The fruits & vegetables are most always fresh. The sourdough bread is by far the best and the block cheese is great too. So far we haven't been disappointed. Keep it up Aldi and perhaps you'll convince Defuniak Springs people to give your store a chance. We save some $ too”

“Great experience. I came in for a specific item after checking 2 other stores and there wasn't any on the shelf. When I went to leave the cashier asked what I was looking for, stopped what she was doing and went to the back to grab me one. I am forever grateful!! I think her name was Winter? I could be wrong. She was great. I will say it seems like they are short staffed and all the employees that were working were working very hard.”
“Aldi was very well stocked and clean until it was decimated by a horde of customers. Plenty of workers cleaning up empty boxes and trying to keep up with restocking. Prices were competetive. Overall a good experience.”

“I have never had bad service with the pharmacy. Everyone is kind and patient with my questions or concerns. I have only had to stand and wait one time longer than I thought necessary but that doesn't mean it wasn't necessary to them. There was only one person available at that time and she was working on the computer. She may not have been able to leave what she was doing until it was done being processed.”

“The store is very large and well stocked, it was very clean and well lit when I visited. The only downside was that there were only two electric mobility carts for handicapped customers. One was in use and the remaining one that I used, ran out of power after about ten minutes. It's very painful for me to walk, so I had to cut my grocery shopping trip short. This store needs to have more at least two more of these mobility carts.”

“I went into the store today and was greeted by the manager April
She was so kind and sweet
I told her that I left my receipt at home for some ice cube trays that I had bought for 2.00 each for a total of 5 but apparently they were on sale for buy one get one free, So April put them to the side and told me to buy what I needed , when I came back up to the register, she made it happen, she gave me the refund and I bought the rest of my stuff. What a pleasure to work with people that really care about their customers. Thanks so much April , you are such a blessing”
