“Had a bumper bashing on the I4. My car ended up in a shop in Orlando for 10 days till they started taking it apart. Then told me they couldn’t fix it. Had it towed to Superb Auto, which is close to home, after just speaking to them on the phone.

New tires and tire center could not balance. Inspection done and video provided of any findings. Took care of minor recall and solved my tire balance issue .Well run dealership , great service and friendly staff while we waited. I can’t say the same for other Mercedes dealerships I’ve been too.
