“I came in with my boyfriend a week after visiting “IFixScreens” (do NOT go there!) because his phone wouldn't charge and it was overheating like crazy. Eric was very professional and great with customer service skills. We told him what was going on and he said he'd take a look at it. I got a call 2 days later saying the phone had been fixed and when we went to pick it up it was as good as new. Very professional and respectful staff, and the prices they run are extremely low and affordable! 100% recommend, such a hidden gem of the daytona/port orange area!”

“We initially went in and got a plan together with deandre, who was really nice and helpful! we had to leave but came back and Alex helped us upgrade our phones & get two new iPads! Our back up process was taking longer than expected, we ended up being there an hour 1/2 past close and he was so patient and helpful, he even checked in on us afterwards to make sure we were enjoying our service. Definitely recommend!”

“After going to the Palm Coast and Bunnell locations, I kept trying to get my issue resolved. I knew that I could get my “high security” passcode removed. It had been many years since it was set up that way. I never knew the high security passcode, and I learned to live without it. However, my phone broke. I went in to get a new phone but they said I had to go to a place called Nova 2, it’s next to Nova 3 in another city. I’m like huh? It was creepy sounding. So, I left and drove to this location and they knew exactly what to do. The gentleman’s name is Andy. Wow. Professional. I even thought he may have been the owner. I asked and he chuckled with a no. He had full support from his supervisor. They made me feel confident they would accomplish the task for me, and they did not disappoint!”

“After two boost store before getting to this store I thought me and my mom in law would never get the phones we needed/wanted. We went to the boost by stoner pizza and the guy there was rude, lying, and forceful. We wanted the deal that when you switch carrier you get a free iPhone SE, and he was telling others before us they HAD TO BUY a phone case and screen protector, which in fact was a lie. But anyways after that we thought we’d never be able to get what we needed until we found this store. I believe his name was hetale and he helped us get what we needed. He was very patient and kind with us and explained everything we needed to know about what we were purchasing. And HE INFACT DIDNT MAKE US PAY FOR A SCREEN PROTECTOR AND A CASE. Lol you can tell he’s been doing his job for awhile and he’s trustful and wants to make sure his costumers get what they need!! If I ever have a problem with my phone or just want a new one, I’m coming here. The best store around. Thank you hertal for helping me and my mom. We appreciated everything!!!”

“I’ve been with boost for about four years now and this specific store I like going to, because of the employees that work at this location. One specific employee Chloie, she goes above and beyond for her customers to make sure that they are well taken care of. Whether I’m in a panic because I’m having some technical difficulties or where I need to pay my bill she always comes in clutch and has the best customer service skills. “I stopped in the store yesterday after having a bad experience at the store on Nova Road in Holly Hill. What a difference the two people that were in there I’m assuming they were husband and wife were absolutely amazing. I was having trouble with dropped calls and they were willing to do whatever they needed to do to help me. They immediately got on the phone and talked with tech-support and they had to do some resets on my phone and then asked me to make a phone call from there to see if the call dropped after 1 to 3 minutes. Everything was fine in the store but they said to go home and make some more calls and see how it works out. They did put in a trouble ticket to have a rep work on it and they said they would call me back in 24 hours. My phone seems to be working OK only time will tell,calls did not drop at all. This wonderful young lady did call me back today to see how things were working. I told her I really appreciated her help and they were such a big difference. It was day and night between the two stores that I went into. The one in Holly Hill will never see my business again this one on Mason Avenue was amazing. Thank you for all of your help you both were amazing.”

We went just to this store to check pricing and promos and couldn’t have walked away happier. From the best plan for us, to the promo options, and even explaining Tmobile perks like Tmobile Tuesdays, this store rocked. Sylvia the manager and Stephen got my wife into the phone she wanted and the plan that for our 4 lines. When we had questions and needed some tech assistance AJ and Ray helped without skipping a beat. You can’t find a better TMobile store out there. Come here and see Stephen, AJ, or Ray. They made our transition to Tmobile a breeze.”

“Lee lee and chole went above and beyond to help me! I called customer service three days in a row got no where! I went into two stores finally my third store these two ladies helped me! And literally got me back on track after almost a week.! Thank you guys so much! The truly made me feel important and like family. They were not letting me leave disappointed and unsatisfied! Whew i can now be at ease and anxiety free for my disabled mother can have her workin phone back again plus they even made a special lanyard attached to her phone so she doesn’t drop it while only having one working arm and suffering paralyzed left arm.
