“In 2024 I moved into Sailpointe apartments. Four days later, Hurricane Helene hit and everything was lost. Sailpointe handled the event with compassion and timely assistance.
Now one year later, I am returning to Sailpointe.
I can't think of a better recommendation.

“I've been needing to write this review for awhile now, but after living here for almost 2 years, I feel pretty confident in my experience with Fairways at Feather Sound.My favorite part of living at Fairways is definitely the community and views all around. There are plenty of walking grounds and sidewalks all over to enjoy a nice walk or run. The community and apartments itself has lights in the parking area and leading to your door, so even at night, I feel very safe which is an important priority to me.I love my bedroom view facing the water, and I still can't get over all the natural light I get in my apartment. The sunroom is one of my favorite things in my unit, and my plants love it too.Everyone I have met at this community has been very kind and understanding, especially Ana. I love the maintenance team as well - I've had the pleasure of meeting Charlie a few times and my work orders I submit are always done in a timely manner- usually very fast after I submit them!Out of all the apartments I have lived in, Fairways is definitely my favorite. Although my unit isn't upgraded like most are, the views and community definitely make up for it so I can't complain. I love the location of Fairways, only about a 15 min drive to Downtown Saint Pete, and very close to the interstate if wanting to go to Tampa. Publix is across the street too! Truly a great experience living here. Thank you Fairways for making me feel right at home.”

Patty Brewer is truly the best of the best! I take care of my grandmother, and we’ve lived in this complex for the last 3½ years. Throughout all that time, Patty has been consistently attentive, kind, and quick to help with anything we’ve needed.
Her level of care goes above and beyond what you typically see. She doesn’t just do her job — she genuinely looks out for the residents, and it shows in every interaction. Whether it’s helping my grandmother with a concern or making sure things are taken care of promptly, Patty has been a constant source of support.
We are so grateful for her. If every community had a Patty, customer service would be on a whole different level. She is truly exceptional, and the rest of the office staff should take notes! ?”
“Let me just say in my 21 years of living in my own places this complex is by far the greatest that I’ve been at and the apartment manager edvin is the GOAT he is literally the best apartment manager that I have ever had in my history of renting. When I need something fixed there at the door to fix it by the time I hang up the phone. This place is just amazing, and the management is insane!!! Definitely a 5 star!”

“I’ve had the pleasure of calling The Epic at Gateway home for the past five years, and it’s truly been an outstanding experience. This luxury community has exceeded my expectations in every way. The leasing office staff and maintenance crew are professional, attentive, and genuinely caring, always going above and beyond to make residents feel valued and supported.
The location is another huge plus—it’s perfectly central. Whether you’re heading to Tampa International or Clearwater Airport, downtown St. Pete, or the countless nearby restaurants and entertainment spots, everything is just minutes away. They call it the Gateway for a reason—it really does connect you to everything you could need.
It is with regret that I have to move due to work-related reasons, but I am grateful to have enjoyed such a wonderful home here. The good news is I’ll be continuing with another Richman Signature property in Orlando, because the quality of living and service speaks for itself.
Thank you to the entire Epic family—you’ve made these past five years memorable, and you will be missed!

“Beacon 430 is such a great place to live in downtown St Pete. All the staff is exceptionally friendly. The maintenance team (David and Yociel) are the best! Had an issue with the washer when I first moved in and they were so quick to help and communicate with me their solutions. The building is clean and well kept.”
“I really enjoyed living at the Exchange and would encourage others to consider it as well. It’s extremely walkable to Downtown but enough removed that you don’t hear the loud bars. The pool and other amenities are very nice. I would have renewed my lease had I not been leaving St. Pete altogether.”

“Can’t say enough about the awesome customer service here at Gateway.
James the property manger goes out of his way to make you feel welcomed when you enter his office, any issues you have may he walks you through and explains everything.
Keryn assistant manager is amazing can’t explain that enough. She as well makes you feel welcomed when you enter her office, very efficient explains everything. She truly goes above and beyond. Always has a smile on her face.
Tony who works in the office very sweet and pleasant. Always greets you kindly and ready to assist. He as well smells you feel welcomed when you enter is office.

“I've read alot of negative reviews and just like any other establishment, people will leave bad reviews when something does not go their way or even get fixed immediately. I personally like to get my own opinion/view on things/others and with that being said, I've had a fine time here at St Charles row & I'm looking forward to resigning my lease for another year. No, this property isn't perfect, its an older place but I can say that the maintenance team does work hard and fast to handle any issues. The office staff is nice and helpful as well. They even have a new property manager who seems like she cares and is for the community/tenants. Get your own view..”
“I lived in the apartments from 2019 until 2020. I moved from Ohio. The landlord and office staff were very nice. The apartment was clean and I never had an issue with any bugs. The only issue I had were the so- called church folk that lived in the building I lived in. They were very noisy and weren't personable. The claimed to be church filled, but were all phony as two dollars bills. I know management couldn't control that. Those people are the reason I moved. I know the young lady that lives in the building I once lived and she told me how judgemental they are and apparently still the same. Otherwise, my experience with management and the staff was great. No problems.”
“The complex is small and was quiet so that was a plus, pool PLUS, laundry mat PLUS and the area is perfect park is walking distance location is great very convenient and nicely made 1 bedroom apartment”
“It took 3 visits for the maintenance person to fix the balcony door problem. All good now.
The floors were not clean. The kitchen cabinets on the outside were not clean. There were many greasy areas around the stove The walls and baseboards were clean and freshly painted. Balcony was very dirty. I am pleased with the size of the rooms and closets. Kitchen lighting is a bit dim.”
“One of my favorite places I’ve ever lived. It’s aesthetically pleasing + clean, the amenities are great (the pool is incredible!), and the location is top tier. So close to everything! I can walk to Starbucks, the gym, the grocery store, and so much more. It’s also pet-friendly, and the property management team is so nice + easy to work with. Highly recommend!”
“I like the place, staff & management, it's just the occasional doofuses that live here and think it's ok to go to the pool area at midnight and have a party. Completely clueless and very obnoxious.
The pool is supposed to be closed at night, but they don't list on the property's site the number to call or what to do. Hence 4 stars.”

“From the very beginning, Stephanie in the leasing office made the entire process stress free. She was so helpful, patient, and kind never once getting annoyed no matter how many questions I asked. Move in day was a breeze thanks to her, and I truly felt taken care of every step of the way.
Finding an affordable apartment these days that isn’t run down inside is tough, but this place is a gem. My apartment is fully renovated with brand new appliances, and I was pleasantly surprised by how modern and clean everything is for the price. At first, I wasn’t sure if the square footage of the 2-bedroom would feel big enough, but the way the floor plan is designed makes it feel much more spacious than expected. The kitchen especially stands out with deep countertops and plenty of cabinet space, it’s been perfect for our family.
We couldn’t be happier with the decision to move here. On top of the apartment itself, it’s clear they’re working hard to improve the property overall and continue making positive changes. I definitely recommend checking it out!”

“I'd like to share my review of our visit to this complex. Last Saturday, we had the chance to explore this wonderful house. As soon as we walked in, Olga warmly welcomed us and took us on an hour-long tour, showing us all the available options and providing thorough explanations. It was a fantastic experience! We had been to a few other houses before, all of which were good, and were already thinking about applying to one of them. However, our visit to this house changed our minds, and we decided to apply here. We can't wait to move in!”
“I moved in last weekend and was really impressed by the customer service and quality of my unit I received after reading reviews. Brie and Cody (leasing office) went above and beyond to help make my move in process as smooth as possible, Miguel and Anthony (maintenance team) also went out of their way to introduce themselves and show me around my unit and double check everything was up to their high-standards.
