“Noah came and promptly fixed our AC and showed me how to manage in the future if it ever happens on off hours. I then brought up a bevy of misc things around the apt that I hadn’t done anything about and he fixed them ALL! “Excellent location and I love the royal floor plan (extra large 2-bed) that has the wraparound deck with pool view. It’s also very quiet here.My only concern is that maintenance is lacking. Little things go unfixed like holes in screens and not pressure washing the walkways. I have work orders from when I moved in that have yet to be resolved. Besides maintenance (and maybe my specific apartment is just in worse shape than others), I really like it here.”
“The mail slot locking mechanism does not close correctly. A new lock was put on, but the mechanism is still defective. The door can be easily opened to view or open without a key.UpdateI think my original review was too harsh. The problem is the slot mechanism is the property of the post office. Four Lakes were very fast to attempt to fix what they could and contacted the local USPS. I appreciate their effort!”

“Lived there for 2 years without issue, it's the best apartment complex in the area and it stayed at a great price point. Hard working groundskeepers and property management, good noise buffering between units, plus a nice area in town with several shops in walking distance. Units come newly renovated, please check them out if you're looking for a nice place to live.”
“From the leasing application to move in day everything was a breeze. Whenever I had a question someone from the leasing office was always there to answer and was very patient with me. Amber was so helpful and kind on moving day and made me feel I was welcomed as part of the community. Happy to call this place my new home.”
“I have lived here many years - the building has been through many changes, all for the better. Management is great. They have nice activities for us. We are close to shopping. The building is secure. Pool is kept very clean. Building is quiet. Maintenance does their best to get to your issue in a timely manner, you must remember there are only 3 of them and over 200 apartments. I enjoy using the gym. Walking the halls for exercise. My husband enjoys the billiards table. I do wish we had a little dog park- maybe someday. I’m so thankful the Lexington takes Section 8. And I am happy to call the Lexington club home.”

“Where do I start. Not only is Gateway on fourth an amazing, Quiet, safe place to stay but the staff is Awesome and incredibly understanding. I had a small problem that arouse I reached out to the property manager(MsErica) she was completely patient and understanding made a few phone calls and helped me solve my problem including the head corporate office. I would definitely recommend gateway on fourth a place to call home:)”

“Shady Oaks is a nice plce i use to have a 1 bedroom it was a nice place i had no pest i only killed 1 spider and that is when i was moving stuff in i lived there for 6 years then i moved into my wonderful home i am in now i love shady oaks the people there were very friendly.”
