Patty Brewer is truly the best of the best! I take care of my grandmother, and we’ve lived in this complex for the last 3½ years. Throughout all that time, Patty has been consistently attentive, kind, and quick to help with anything we’ve needed.
Her level of care goes above and beyond what you typically see. She doesn’t just do her job — she genuinely looks out for the residents, and it shows in every interaction. Whether it’s helping my grandmother with a concern or making sure things are taken care of promptly, Patty has been a constant source of support.
We are so grateful for her. If every community had a Patty, customer service would be on a whole different level. She is truly exceptional, and the rest of the office staff should take notes! ?”

“The experience so far has been far superior to any other place i have lived in. The response time and willingness to listen and help when things are needed are wonderful to have in a place you call home. My pups are so beyond happy and want to go outside and explore while rarely ever seeing any extra poop. The majority of neighbors are responsible pet owners. When we lost our senior pup, without skipping a beat the management team offered condolences and it filled our hearts with a feeling of true community that cares. We love this place already. There are some amenities that need to be fixed however they are on it when you request it. This spot is special because they have a wonderful team with great leadership. ❤️”

“I’ve had the pleasure of calling The Epic at Gateway home for the past five years, and it’s truly been an outstanding experience. This luxury community has exceeded my expectations in every way. The leasing office staff and maintenance crew are professional, attentive, and genuinely caring, always going above and beyond to make residents feel valued and supported.
The location is another huge plus—it’s perfectly central. Whether you’re heading to Tampa International or Clearwater Airport, downtown St. Pete, or the countless nearby restaurants and entertainment spots, everything is just minutes away. They call it the Gateway for a reason—it really does connect you to everything you could need.
It is with regret that I have to move due to work-related reasons, but I am grateful to have enjoyed such a wonderful home here. The good news is I’ll be continuing with another Richman Signature property in Orlando, because the quality of living and service speaks for itself.

“I’ve been living with them for a year and my lease was up and knew that I wanted to stay with them. Now it’s been 2 years been up and down with my financial situation, But everytime I ask them for help or some more time. They help me. And they work with me. Jerry recently just helped me out. And he was so helpful . So great. Everytime I called him he answered on the spot and made sure to help me until it was settled. So thankful and grateful for their help and most importantly grateful for Jerry’s help.”

“I really enjoyed living at the Exchange and would encourage others to consider it as well. It’s extremely walkable to Downtown but enough removed that you don’t hear the loud bars. The pool and other amenities are very nice. I would have renewed my lease had I not been leaving St. Pete altogether.”

“In 2024 I moved into Sailpointe apartments. Four days later, Hurricane Helene hit and everything was lost. Sailpointe handled the event with compassion and timely assistance.
Now one year later, I am returning to Sailpointe.

“I lived in the apartments from 2019 until 2020. I moved from Ohio. The landlord and office staff were very nice. The apartment was clean and I never had an issue with any bugs. The only issue I had were the so- called church folk that lived in the building I lived in. They were very noisy and weren't personable. The claimed to be church filled, but were all phony as two dollars bills. I know management couldn't control that. Those people are the reason I moved. I know the young lady that lives in the building I once lived and she told me how judgemental they are and apparently still the same. Otherwise, my experience with management and the staff was great. No problems.”
“The complex is small and was quiet so that was a plus, pool PLUS, laundry mat PLUS and the area is perfect park is walking distance location is great very convenient and nicely made 1 bedroom apartment”

Anthony Rinaldi was here early on a Saturday morning, June 2025 to check a water leak from the A/C. (I awoke at 2:00 a.m. to dripping.) Anthony was most thorough in his technical assessment and in resolving the problem. I believe this intermittent water leakage issue will finally be addressed. He plans to follow-up Monday in an effort to make sure the unit is properly leveled for efficient water drainage. Thank you, Anthony!! I appreciate your knowledge, expertise and wonderful work ethic.”
“We’ve been living here for well over 10 years maybe close to 15 . We love the area close to parks and close enough to just hop onto east bay and which switches to Roosevelt to get you Tampa pretty fast . It feels so comfy as our home . We’ve only have a couple issues here. And I see them improving the maintenance of the landscaping as well as a pool cleaner . So things looked to be improving . I love the largo police is located quick and easy right next to the highland park next door which makes it even better . A couple issues in the area caught on our security cameras but .. probably just young adults trying to act up. Other than that this is our home we love living in this area . If we sign a new lease I’d probably only have them fix a couple of things in our apartment . Maybe to feel a little more comfortable. When we moved into this unit we moved in quickly and the base boards and paint weren’t done nicely that’s something we’d want . And the bathroom sink vanity needs to be replaced because the sink doesn’t drain properly. But we will c in a few months if we sign a new lease. Like I said it’s cozy , close to parks . Only thing that always changes my mind d about moving is the no washer and dryers in units .

“I’ve lived here for 4 years and i absolutely love living here despite some problems that are inevitable no matter what complex you live in. Shelly and Chris are my go to when I need help with concerns or questions, they handle it almost immediately if not the next day, the issue is address and I really appreciate that. They are super nice! Especially Shelly! Hector is the best maintenance at Waterchase, he’s fixed numerous problems/ minor issues when coming to my apartment even if it’s something that wasn’t made in a maintenance request, he takes the time to take care of it and he’s super pleasant to deal with the other maintenance are also pleasant but Hector has by far been the best.”
“It took 3 visits for the maintenance person to fix the balcony door problem. All good now.
The floors were not clean. The kitchen cabinets on the outside were not clean. There were many greasy areas around the stove The walls and baseboards were clean and freshly painted. Balcony was very dirty. I am pleased with the size of the rooms and closets. Kitchen lighting is a bit dim.”
“One of my favorite places I’ve ever lived. It’s aesthetically pleasing + clean, the amenities are great (the pool is incredible!), and the location is top tier. So close to everything! I can walk to Starbucks, the gym, the grocery store, and so much more. It’s also pet-friendly, and the property management team is so nice + easy to work with. Highly recommend!”

“I just got here to visit my daughter and her husband and I have noticed a big difference since my last visit at Christmas. The hallway in her building is cleaner and painted, you can see improvements being made all over the property. They are also putting in beautiful grills at the pool. Such a pretty place to live and so peaceful. I enjoy walking my dog around the ponds. Great job management.”

“I just moved in, and I’m very happy with my experience so far. The property is under new management, which I believe is a great thing. One of the property managers gave me a tour, and I was very impressed. The atmosphere is friendly, welcoming, and quiet.
The property has a nice pool and laundry facilities, which are great amenities. I was also very impressed with the maintenance service. I submitted a maintenance request, and it was taken care of the very next day. The maintenance staff was efficient and responsive.
Overall, I’m impressed with how the entire team operates. The staff and residents I’ve met have been very friendly, and so far, I’m very pleased with my decision to move here.”
