“So far we have had a decent experience with this complex. There are several maintenance related issues that haven’t been corrected before/since move in. The balcony was supposed to be painted- hasn’t happened yet. The platform that the water heater sits on has water damage and hasn’t been repaired. The cutlery drawer track is broken and can’t be screwed back into the drawer. There is paint splatter on the floor throughout the kitchen. The screen has a few tears that are supposed to be fixed. The gate to our part of the complex stays open at all times. The walkway is very dirty and has not looked to have been pressure washed in a long time. I believe visual representation needs to be a priority for a “luxury” apartment complex. I will say that the bathrooms have been re-done and Patty did everything she could to make our move in work, going as far as cleaning the apartment herself so we could move in on time for the movers. Several of these issues were out of her control, and I do believe that corporate’s mindset on new residents is to get them in as fast as possible and end leases as soon as possible. Our “cheapest” lease term was 10 months, and I truly believe they do it this way so they can continue to raise prices for new lease terms. However, I do believe that with the price point of this apartment being as high as it is, we should have moved in to a much more put together unit. I am going to give them grace as we have only been moved in for a week, but I hope that corporate and management make this right for us so we can fully enjoy our apartment.”

“The experience so far has been far superior to any other place i have lived in. The response time and willingness to listen and help when things are needed are wonderful to have in a place you call home. My pups are so beyond happy and want to go outside and explore while rarely ever seeing any extra poop. The majority of neighbors are responsible pet owners. When we lost our senior pup, without skipping a beat the management team offered condolences and it filled our hearts with a feeling of true community that cares. We love this place already. There are some amenities that need to be fixed however they are on it when you request it. This spot is special because they have a wonderful team with great leadership. ❤️”

The leasing office staff and maintenance crew are professional, attentive, and genuinely caring, always going above and beyond to make residents feel valued and supported. The location is another huge plus—it’s perfectly central. Whether you’re heading to Tampa International or Clearwater Airport, downtown St. Pete, or the countless nearby restaurants and entertainment spots, everything is just minutes away. They call it the Gateway for a reason—it really does connect you to everything you could need. It is with regret that I have to move due to work-related reasons, but I am grateful to have enjoyed such a wonderful home here. The good news is I’ll be continuing with another Richman Signature property in Orlando, because the quality of living and service speaks for itself. Now it’s been 2 years been up and down with my financial situation, But everytime I ask them for help or some more time. They help me. And they work with me. Jerry recently just helped me out. And he was so helpful . So great. Everytime I called him he answered on the spot and made sure to help me until it was settled. So thankful and grateful for their help and most importantly grateful for Jerry’s help.”

“I lived in the apartments from 2019 until 2020. I moved from Ohio. The landlord and office staff were very nice. The apartment was clean and I never had an issue with any bugs. The only issue I had were the so- called church folk that lived in the building I lived in. They were very noisy and weren't personable. The claimed to be church filled, but were all phony as two dollars bills. I know management couldn't control that. Those people are the reason I moved. I know the young lady that lives in the building I once lived and she told me how judgemental they are and apparently still the same. Otherwise, my experience with management and the staff was great. No problems.”

“It took 3 visits for the maintenance person to fix the balcony door problem. All good now. The floors were not clean. The kitchen cabinets on the outside were not clean. There were many greasy areas around the stove The walls and baseboards were clean and freshly painted. Balcony was very dirty. I am pleased with the size of the rooms and closets. Kitchen lighting is a bit dim.”

“I just got here to visit my daughter and her husband and I have noticed a big difference since my last visit at Christmas. The hallway in her building is cleaner and painted, you can see improvements being made all over the property. They are also putting in beautiful grills at the pool. Such a pretty place to live and so peaceful. I enjoy walking my dog around the ponds. Great job management.”

One of the property managers gave me a tour, and I was very impressed. The atmosphere is friendly, welcoming, and quiet. The property has a nice pool and laundry facilities, which are great amenities. I was also very impressed with the maintenance service. I submitted a maintenance request, and it was taken care of the very next day. The maintenance staff was efficient and responsive. Overall, I’m impressed with how the entire team operates. The staff and residents I’ve met have been very friendly, and so far, I’m very pleased with my decision to move here.”

“Absolutely phenomenal place to live. Management is quick and efficient with responding to any issues, Maintenance shows up less than 24 hours after a requested made, the overall facility is always kept clean. The policies and regulations that you may hear some complaint about are actually favorable for people who want to live in a clean, friendly, quieter (but not boring lol), lifestyle. So many options for floor plans, And all of them make for a comfortable apartment! The leasing agents are phenomenal as well.”

“I'll be honest- I almost didn’t even tour Madeira because of some of the reviews online. But honestly im glad I looked past the reviews and gave it a chance. Whatever issues existed before are clearly in the past. There has been a complete change in management and maintenance, and the difference is like night and day. From the moment I stepped onto the property, I could tell things were being run professionally and with real care. The grounds are clean, the amenities are well-maintained, and any questions I had were answered promptly and thoroughly by Karen and Arianna. The leasing staff actually listens and the new maintenance crew is fast, friendly, and gets things done right the first time. It’s honestly a shame that the outdated reviews are still hanging around because they do not reflect the current experience of living here at all. This is one of those places you really have to see in person to appreciate. If you’re relying on old complaints to make your decision, you’ll miss out on what’s become a truly great place to live.”
