“Shoutout to the store manager & pickup employee for going above and beyond in customer service this evening. We ordered an Instacart Pickup for the first time & we didn’t know we had to wait for it in a designated parking spot. Our order was missing a few things because the Instacart shopper couldn’t be bothered to wait for our items at the Deli! Needless to say he refunded the items that were ready to be picked up! This team was very helpful and completed our order themselves, which is why I’ll just order from Publix directly if I can! Thank you David & Team! Not sure if that was his name but whoever the managers were at around 8-9 pm! You ALL ROCK!!! Great customer service!!!!”

“Ika, a store manager has a lot of negative attitude. A cashier asked her for a discount on a damaged potted plant, the only one left of its kind, on my behalf. In my presence, she rolled her eyes, made a frying egg sound, and shook her head. Then told the cashier “maybe go ask Paul” whoever that is. You’d figure a manager would set the example for customer service. The cashier apologized to me, though he didnt need to, and I told him dont ask anybody else. All other employee interactions there have been great. To include all the cashiers, meat and fish, and definitely the bakery staff. Ika’s tude deleted one of your stars unfortunately.”
“Great prices. This is the place to go to buy meat. They are very helpful explaining different cuts. I bought 3 ribeyes this week for 37$ compared to Publix 5 thin slice ribeye for 32$.”
“We found this gem on Yelp while searching for some delicious Brazilian food, and it did not disappoint! One of the things we loved most was that it’s not just a restaurant but also a little market where you can pick up Brazilian goodies to take home. They even have a freezer stocked with Brazilian meats, desserts, and cheeses, which was a great find!
For our meal, we ordered their empanada special and the picanha sandwich. The empanada was absolutely delicious—my boyfriend and I still rave about it! The picanha sandwich was also fantastic, served on fresh bread with perfectly grilled onions.
We really enjoyed the cozy setup, with small tables inside where you can sit and eat. Plus, they have a selection of hot sauces and condiments available, which was a nice touch. Before leaving, we couldn’t resist picking up a few more treats from the market section to enjoy at home.
The staff were all super friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. We’ll definitely be coming back for more authentic Brazilian food!”

“Were it not for the location and parking situation I would give this Publix 5 stars simply because of the little Cuban cafe in the front. If you want your colada or cortadito with tostada this is the ideal place. Everything is delicious and fresh and you cannot beat the cost. All of these have are less than $2 which you cannot beat anywhere nearby. The ladies that work the cafe are super sweet and friendly. I stop in whenever I'm in the area. As far as the store itself - it's a smaller, older publix and does get busy. But as with most it's well stocked and the service is excellent. The parking is plentiful but the parking lot is very cramped and there's lots of activity in the area. Getting in and out of the place is treacherous because the i-75 and Turnpike entrances/exits are nearby and the drivers drive like they're already on the highway - be very careful.”

“Overall good customer service. This was my first time here. It was the closest Publix to my church. This Publix could use a facelift. The plaza itself looks a little run down and so does this Publix. It is your typical Publix.”
“Clean, friendly staff, and big selections. Just disappointing on stocking, as quite a few items will be sold out for days and their deli/hot food area seems understaffed. Their sub stations vary on available people (causing big lines), their dipping sauces are regularly out of stock, some sandwiches aren’t in stock (no meatballs, missing sauces, waiting on slicing meats, etc).
But overall they’re my preferred Publix due to size and location and quality products. Just some room for improvement.”

“I found this place to be convenient. They have solved a couple of corrections right there. They have a person whose job is to cancel an item during check out when the customer changes mind for whatever reason. No wasted time and no explanation was needed. They are very clean and organized. “I am probably not the first to post about this but Sprouts has an awesome lunch option. For $5.99 you get a sandwich, bag of chips and a bottle of water. Their lunch special rivals those of the chain sub shops. Their sandwich artists take pride in making your sandwich and encouraging you to be creative with your toppings. I keep coming back for the food and the experience.”

I almost went to another publix today, but I'm glad I went to this location instead. Some deli counters have been lacking but not here, as soon as I walked up she asked me if binneeded help, best sub from publix in a long time. Everything was stocked and clean too, great job!”

“The most favorite grocery shop where shopping is really a pleasure! Unfortunately for the last several months we get a frustrating experience at the check out where produce is not properly placed in bags or the crew makes them overload and as a result you may end up with your grocery rolling over the parking lot. Attention, smiling faces and detail orienting this what makes Trader Joe especially unique. Hopefully the management will address this issue to their staff.”
