“I was at this 7-Eleven in Brooksville on Cortez Boulevard and Nightwalker today anout 4:45 pm and I really wanted to take a moment to recognize something I don't see very often. I stopped in to get a drink and noticed there was a very long line with only one employee working, Jessie. You would think that would be a stressful situation for everyone for how long the line was but I was genuinely impressed by what I saw. A huge shout-out to Jessie! Despite having a long line of customers and handling everything alone, Jessie remained completely calm, professional, and polite. There was no outward frustration or stress, just great customer service and a steady attitude while taking care of everyone. What impressed me just as much was the customers. Not one person in that long line complained, became rude, or gave Jessie a hard time. It was just silent. One customer going after the next. Everyone was patient and respectful. I've been in plenty of gas stations and stores with long lines, and I honestly can't remember seeing a situation handled this well by both the employee and the customers. This was only about the second time I've been to this particular 7-Eleven, but today's experience definitely stood out to me. Big shout-out to Jessie for doing an amazing job, and to every customer who was standing in that line today for showing patience, kindness, and respect. “Usually a great place to buy gas, and definitely helpful staff. This could be the model store if it could continue to avoid the vagrancy that periodically occurs. The people as we all know makes or breaks this operation. Sometimes their pumps aren’t working properly. Although rare, sometimes the LED screens and LCD displays simply don’t respond. We wind up having to go to another pump, but that’s not a big deal. Upon arrival tonight the place was really dark. Maybe the timers for the lights aren’t set properly? After checking my oil and pumping some gas, the lights notably came on including the sign for the building. Interesting. Unlike many other Circle K operations, the grounds outside the Circle K were definitely pretty clean. I noticed that the Circle K corporation may have put out a bulletin to make sure that the windshield washer equipment was properly filled and maintained, because this large location had plenty of washer fluid and solid squeegees on location! That always makes for a good visit. Not only that, they had plenty of paper towels to check the transmission fluid brake fluid and engine oil for my long trip ahead. I sincerely appreciate that. The late night staff who in the past have sold us a few lottery tickets are also to be commended for their kindness and high-level of service. It looks to me like they’re back on track. Keep up the good work!”
