He thought the Google phone would be the best one for me after I explained my situation. He looked at my account and got me such a great deal that I walked out with a Google watch too! After using the phone for a couple of weeks I have to say I'm really happy with it, he was right. The watch and I are still working it out, just a learning curve ?. I will be using this Verizon store from now on, the service is great. Nathan was really patient and answered all my questions regarding the phone and the billing. Just can't recommend him enough.”

“So I had a problem with customer service through the my metro app and long story short I had to drive to the store on 4 corners and the best employee metro PCS had hands down is a gentleman named Romero he went above and beyond and completely saved the day for my wife and I. His professionalism is a perfect 10 he took what was a big problem that the corporate office made for my wife and I and made it not onl back to what my original plan was but got both me and my wife unlimited plans at the price the let's say the (PERSON) at the corporate office promised me it would be then fell back on that promise.
