“I was helped by Matt who thoroughly knew how to help save on my bill and transition me from one carrier to Verizon. He not only help us understand the details of our new bill but also made sure our old phones moved over to the new phones and all the perks were applied on all of our phones. We’re a family of 6 and Matt basically had 13 phones on his desk at once and still managed to be organized and detailed not skipping a beat. He made sure all the phones were in working order and all our questions were answered. Thank you Matt! You are the best!”

“I had the worst experience ever with a Verizon store just down the road from this place. I was just on a fact finding mission when I came here, not looking to buy anything. I was treated very kindly and professionally. I was near stroke level and they promised to help. I returned the next day and they did just that. They opened the door for me and I was warmly greeted and offered water while I waited. My concerns were addressed while not bad mouthing the previous store. They helped complete my needs saving me a lot of money. Dale fixed everything for me and kindly stayed after his shift. I wanted to hug him in appreciation but knew that wasn't appropriate. Dale restored my faith in humanity and Verizon. Thanks doesnt seem enough.”

“Great location, large parking lot, only one entrance/exit to the store. I visited the day after Christmas and it was fairly in order and organized. I was able to go in, grab what I needed and leave. They had a decent selection of sizes available on the clothing department. They also have self-checkout and the associate monitoring the area was very professional and helpful.”

“Rosann ( did I get it right?) , Filipina girl was awesome, she fought for me (literally) over the phone every single department till I got back my credits and restore my account, WAO..you can hear her over the phone like a lioness 🤣 protecting me from my broken English and a glitch in the system. T mobile you better keep her (a raise maybe ?) T mobile and Verizon are so equitable that she made the difference on me switching. Thanks again girl... GO SPRING HILL!”

“Stopped in to grab AirPods and had a solid visit. The store was clean and easy to get around, and they had what I needed in stock. Someone pointed me in the right direction without being pushy, and checkout was quick. I'd stop back if I'm in the area.”
