She went above and beyond for us going back and forth from the back going on the ladder multiple times. Answering all our questions and was super knowledgeable about the store. Even recommended similar items when our sizes were not available. Also offered the fitting room. Would 100% shop at this Earthbound again especially if Brelyn was working. Really made the trip and we found a lot of new outfits.”

Her determination to insure we left happy with our purchases resulted from her professional eye and honesty. “Went on our honeymoon in St. Augustine. While looking through shops to bring home gifts for family we found this little shop with tons of grooming supplies for men. Talked to the gentleman there and used their recommendations. We've ordered from this place every single year since 2020 for gifts for that same person. The cloven helm beard oil and pomade by O & A. ☆☆☆☆☆”
“I have followed and supported this brand well before I had the extra money to actually buy any products. I took advantage of a sale a few months ago when I did have the extra funds available (I really did not, but was severely struggling mentally and needed one for everyday to wear to work as armor) and have not regretted it a single bit. I have CPTSD and a sever traumatic brain injury from a car accident three years ago.
They are the most comfortable shirts and perfect for any occasion. Great material and the perfect fit. I absolutely Love everything about the shirts and the company. Born and raised in North Central Florida, so I love that their home base is out of St. Augustine and I get to continue supporting local as well as everything else about their mission. Will never stop shouting their praises to anyone willing to listen.”

“This Outlet has a nice selection, but limited inventory. I was there during their 4th of July Sale. They had one of the best sales in the outlet mall, 50% off everything! Including the first item! Sales associates were friendly. Handicap parking and access.”
“Went in to find some nice clothes for work. Was looking for lightweight material like polyester because it’s Florida. The clothes are great but the selection of polyester blend was not great. Two associates helped me look at different items. They were very friendly. Store was clean. I didn’t buy anything due to the everything being cotton but will continue checking in from time to time. Prices seem fine.”
“Literally my best experience with old Navy. The dressing room lady was so freaking nice and helpful. They all greeted me. Such a good experience and around the holidays people are always so grouchy. That was not the case here. The entire staff was so kind and helpful. Also I got a pair of jeans for $5.47. I called 2 hours before they were even open, she told me what they had and when I arrived, led me to the suits, gave me the right fit and it fit perfectly. I called St. Augustine store a Ms. Anne Marie answered the the phone. She went above and beyond to help me and send me picture's. I was able to purchase through a link that was sent to my email. “They don't carry short only reg and long in classic jeans in house. Requires a return to exchange in store order placed on line. Under 5ft tall requires a shorter inseam
Hopefully they can get me a 28 inch inseam”
“No return if tag is removed, so think before removing it. I realize it’s XL instead L after removing tag. But luckily the lady took returns for the only time when I said I already ordered replacement online for it.”
