“I received outstanding customer service from Vladimir. I called him and explained that I was unable to drive the rental car for a work trip due to a flat tire. He was able to get roadside assistance for me and even waived the rental fee for the car since I wasn't able to utilize it. Even my boss was impressed with this level of service. I am now a loyal customer and will even use Enterprise for personal use in addition to my usual business trips.”

“The RAV4 that we picked up at Orlando Airport after a 9 hour flight from UK only spoke Spanish! It also appeared to have been smoked in and there was a cigarette burn on passenger seat. Called customer service from our hotel and they recommended that I take it to the Avis Depot in Kissimmee. The agent there was very helpful and cheerful. He swopped us in to a GMC Acadia in a matter of a few minutes with no quibbling. Highly Recommended.”

“Dustin at Enterprise has some of the best customer service skills in the world of customer service. Friendly and polite. Hit me into a car and I was on my way out. Turned around to inform them that the car needed an alignment and to check for another car. Nothing was clean, a car pulled in and he personally stopped to clean and prep the second car. He could have said no take what we gave you but went above and beyond his duty to make sure I was comfortable in the vehicle for my roadtrip. Thank You Dustin I’m extremely appreciative!”
