“The owner and his assistant were incredibly kind and helpful when I needed to mail a bulky stand home to Texas. I told them I wanted the cheapest way possible to send the stand home, and they were glad to accommodate my request. Even more impressive is that they didn't charge me anything extra to package up my stand because they were able to use some extra material they had on hand. My package arrived a day early in excellent shape. The professionalism of this small business is second to none.”

“The employees are so kind, generous with their knowledge and helpful. I have a mailbox there and they know me, so even though there was a person ahead of me they started gathering my packages. I had to ship an international package and even though I came so late in the day, Winston smiled and genuinely seemed not to mind. I highly recommend their services; they are always well staffed and friendly.”

“The UPS store in Michigan Ave has the best guys working there! Today I was assisted by Adrian, and there is Ali as well. I pass two other UPS locations and don't mind at all the extra mile simply because they are so efficient and respectful. They have so patiently walked me through Amazon returns, answered all my questions about shipping. Always, always a warm greeting and a smile and thank you. Very knowledgeable, very kind.Consistently quick and efficient. I value customer service. They get an A plus!”
