“This was my first time using Turo. I was a little nervous, but, boy was it the right choice!! Adam at St. Petersburg Car Rentals could not have been more helpful or communicative. Answered all my questions, provided all the info we'd need for a safe trip (even gave me his mechanic's info "just in case" ... we didn't need it, of course), and the car was right there waiting for us when we arrived. It took us 45 seconds to get in and get going compared to the 45 minutes our friends spent in line at the rental car space. “Let me first say that today I went in to rent a car and this place I found on google! The owner was so polite and made me feel comfortable through this first time process. I got a Honda and it was in great condition! He offered me water and there was a sit down area for us to talk and I asked a few questions. I rented for 1 week and the price was just like the other reviews! I will come back !!”

“I live in St Petersburg, FL. Car was totalled in recent flooding. Rental, free for 7 days. Arranged through StateFarm. (BTW...fantastic service from StateFarm on my claim.) Enterprise's service was great. Very clean, new vehicle. 1 week free & they will extend, at a low price, same rate because of accident. 7 additional days. Top notch.”

“The manager was alone during my visit and had to handle rentals, returns, and phone calls at the same time. Because of that, I waited about an hour even though only two customers were ahead of me.
That said, he stayed friendly and professional throughout. The car was nearly new, and I even received a small upgrade.
Suggestions: Give this manager a raise and ensure a minimum of two staff on duty to reduce wait times.
Overall a good experience with room to improve staffing—4 stars.”

“Yeah I walked into this place after I had my truck flooded and are the kindness of these people they represented me with full assurance and kindness in such a fast manner that I was able to conduct business the entire time. They were due diligent in everything for me is if I was the only customer. I wasn't because it was busy. I've never bought a car before I've only heard bad stories this was not one of them.”
