would to take this opportunity to thank the Entire Staff at Bay Life Compounding Pharmacy for taking such wonderful care of me since around 2013 when I was involved in a life altering car crash.
The entire staff have made my life so easy when dealing pharmacies. I don't have to worry big corporate pharmacies trying to force me into Rx by mail and multiple programs to reduce their workloads or protect them from Billion dollar lawsuits.
I look forward to seeing everyone who have become friends every month. When I can't pick the Rx's up, they offer home delivery with no additional charges and many times, same day delivery. It reminds me of a small town pharmacy that knows and understands my health challenges and go above and beyond their responsibilities to make the last 182 transactions seamless.
Bay Life should be proud of their staff and encourage them to continue their excellent service.They are all top of the line professionals and not once have I ever exited with any questions nor confusion.

“One of the best things about Publix is their pharmacy. The employees at this particular location have been with the store for a long time and I feel like they know us. It’s always flawless and easy to get our prescriptions. They are professional and efficient and very friendly. I have become disenchanted with the big local red letter pharmacy and finally have switched all of my prescriptions to Publix ,and I’m very happy. I wish I had done it sooner. Recently my doctor called in two Rx after a procedure, and after a couple hours I called pharmacy to check status before leaving downtown, hoping to avoid another trip back out to get them after going home: Aiden answered the phone and enabled me to stop and get them before going home, not having to go back out on a day of pain.”

“They are very nice. If you don't have Insurance, the prices are very reasonable when you can receive generics. I was happy when I finally was able to get Insurance because I knew that they would be able to make a little more money. I have never had to wait more than a day or two for my medication to get filled. They are always friendly and polite, and most of the time you can get a little treat when you're there.”

“Absolutely a great pharmacy! I am having eye surgery and my doctor recommended Apex to fill the prescriptions since they keep the drops in stock so I agreed. I called to find out about picking them up and the pharmacist answered the phone right away without dealing with a robotic directory. He was super friendly and went over pricing and discounts. When I picked them up they were great and explained everything perfect. Highly recommended!”
