When Winn Dixie pharmacy shut down I didn’t know where to go. I was so upset I couldn’t find my medicine anywhere or a new pharmacy. They were super helpful and friendly! They really cared!! He ordered my medication for me! Took some time to get it there but so thankful for them!!

“I went to get my flu and pneumonia vaccines for the year and I have to say, making an appointment online was so easy and quick. I arrived on time and presented my ID & Insurance card and was directed to the seated waiting area. They were very busy and I waited probably 20 or so minutes give or take. I wasn't in any hurry so I waited patiently until there was a break in the action behind the counter. Then I was promptly attended to and kindly given my vaccines. I would recommend Walgreens Pharmacy for anyone needing their annual vaccinations”

“I deal with Sam’s Club Pharmacy both personally and professionally (veterinary). They’re wonderful from both aspects. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Personally, they’re helpful with finding another location that has a medication in stock today if I prefer not to wait, but they’ve also always been able to order things for pick up the next day. They’re also great about helping find discount programs for prescriptions not covered by insurance.
Professionally, I’ve never had a problem getting into contact with them and have many clients who use them regularly.”

“I had the pleasure to interact with Deli manager, Theresa in reference to a Bogo offer and empty bogo shelves. Empty Bogo shelves is a common thread at this particular Publix.
I would like to commend Deli Manager, Theresa. She is truly an asset to your corporation. This particular Publix store at 1700 34th St. North needs a complete management overhaul. Theresa has many positive management qualities and deserves to hold the Store Management title. In past interactions with Publix managers, at this store, Theresa, by far, is the only manager who EVER went above and beyond to address my concerns. Theresa exceeded all expectations. She took the time to listen, engage, walk me to the empty shelf, and confirm next shipment etc etc. She followed up with a phone call the following day. Managers in the past, at this store, simply pawned me off to an employee.
Whenever I visit this public store, I find a flock of managers standing around talking and laughing away. I fail to comprehend why managers (with the exception of Theresa) at this store fail to step up and help employees, especially at busier times. Instead of managers standing around laughing and talking amongst one another update your software system in reference to inventory, jump in and help an employee. bogo deals and empty shelves at Publix 1700 34th street N. is a constant. It is extremely time consuming to continuously stop in for advertised Bogo deals only to find empty shelves. I can almost guarantee, if deli manager Theresa is promoted to store Manager at Publix 1700 34th St., North, Empty shelves would be a thing of the past.

“I hardly ever write reviews anymore: We’re constantly asked and expected to review services our patronage already supports and pays for. Nonsense. We don’t need more jobs. But Dale in the CVS pharmacy deserves recognition
I’ve been to this Pharmacy dozens of times with my horrible insurance and I overpay (up to $250) each time. Nobody ever offers sympathy, help or a possible solution: they just shuffle me out to move on to the next customer. It was a very different experience with Dale today: Without being asked, he proactively noticed my outrageous pricing, offered some suggestions and helped find an applicable coupon that saved me nearly 50% on my prescription! No prompting, no sighing about the extra work, no benefit to himself and no hesitation: he just saw an opportunity to help and took it. That’s character that I really appreciate in a person!
It made me want to do the same for someone else. Imagine if that’s how it worked: one person’s kindness inspiring the next? Dale gets it. CVS is lucky to have him- you’ll never run out of customers or positive reviews if Dale is the one training your people. CVS needs to promote Dale and give him a raise before someone else figures it out and scoops him”

“I had a great experience at this CVS Pharmacy. Pharmacists Johnny and Christian were kind, prompt, and compassionate during a stressful time. My cat had just been diagnosed with diabetes, and I urgently needed his insulin prescription filled so I could return to the emergency vet.
After another CVS pharmacy location failed to fill the prescription and then closed, timing was critical. Johnny and Christian quickly filled it and got me on my way. Their excellent customer service and genuine kindness meant a lot. Thank you! 🐾”
