“We had a wonderful experience here today! The museum was beautiful and very informative. We loved learning about the native peoples along with the other exhibits that were present. The young woman at the front desk was also extraordinarily welcoming, knowledgeable, and really got our visit off to a nice start. We visited around 11:45 this morning (Sept 5).”

“Beautiful garden that is cared for with so much love. We went right at open on a Saturday and it was perfect for our group of 3 to wander ar our own pace. Such beautiful colors and plants. Flamingos were fun to see as well as the other animals”

“Great gift shop with many variations in a nature theme from items to plant, with glass, stuffed and other animals and plants. Household goods with nature themes. I purchased a beautiful flamingo abstract soft T-shirt 50 SPF for 75% off. I love the huge enamel Turtle and mini animal and birds like the cardinal. It is free to enter the gift shop which is the same lobby as Great Explirations Children Museum. This is a great place to find a nature gift that supports this great Sunken Gardens”

“Went for the Feed Me show and this venue threw an absolutely beautiful little festival to celebrate his arrival to Florida after so many years. They had fire dancers, lots of unique vendors, live painters, and a gorgeous stage area with amazing sound quality and visuals. My boyfriend and I were really surprised with how much space there was and parking was cheap! Thank you for making our first Feed Me show so much fun!”

“My husband and I recently found ourselves making an unscheduled stop in St. Petersburg, FL for a day. We had just arrived from Chicago late the previous night. We didn't know anything about St. Petersburg, but figured the Visitors Center was the best place to begin. We were not disappointed! The staff was very welcoming, even offering to place our luggage in a secure spot. We were advised to take the tour bus around the city to get oriented. We did take the bus, but also did quite a bit of walking as the weather was beautiful. We took in the sights at The St. Pete Pier, and had a wonderful meal at Fresco's Waterfront Bistro. Many thanks to Shelli, Visitors Center manager, for helping us make the most of our brief time in St. Petersburg. So many things to see and do there. We wish we could've stayed longer!”

“I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It definitely deserves 5 stars. The rooms and the entire hotel were clean, and the staff were very attentive, including the front desk receptionist. The breakfast was different every day and absolutely delicious. I’ve stayed in many hotels, and this was the first one where laundry was free, which was a great bonus. The only thing I would change is the pool—it feels a bit small for such a large hotel. However, it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay. It was comfortable, clean, and a great experience.”
