“Got a flat on the interstate 1 hour away from home & stopped in at Mavis. Tom did everything he could to get me the lowest rate. Gestures like this really matter especially to me as an Army veteran. My city of Tampa was hit hard by Hurricane Milton so a new tire was not in my plans, but I’m grateful that companies like this have dedicated employees that care. Customer Service and speed was definitely a 10/10.”
“I had a great experience here! From the moment I contacted them about replacing the Cue system screen on my Cadillac SRX, I received prompt and helpful responses. Scheduling was easy, and they provided an accurate wait time for my appointment. I appreciated the appointment reminders I received via phone and email, which were helpful without being excessive.
When I arrived, they were ready for me, and the waiting room and shop were both clean. They are a husband and wife team and so friendly. The area around the shop isn’t too populated, but I felt perfectly safe the entire time.
The mechanic brought the part out to show me exactly what was wrong, and he replaced it right in front of me. The whole process only took about 40 minutes! Plus, the repair came with a warranty, which they provided as well.

“We went to Magnolia and Lake Sumter to look at golf carts, the first salesman was not really interested and the second one was WAY too pushy. Went to Brownwood and had the great pleasure of meeting Chris Holl. He listen to us tell him what we wanted, informed us of all the promotions, very knowledgeable on the products. So if you’re looking for a car go see Chris at Brownwood, you won’t be disappointed.”

“My car broke down on my way to work on I-75 going north to The Villages today. I waited almost 2 hours for the tow truck to arrive. Meanwhile, I decided to have it towed to Strickland Automotive in Wildwood, FL. It was truly one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! I had planned to take a Lyft ride home because I live 40 minutes south, but much to my surprise the mechanics put it up on the rack immediately and told me that they thought they could have it up and running soon so I could drive it home and to cancel Lyft, so I did. The automotive shop customer service is 10 stars, and they had my car up and running in about an hour. They are very honest, courteous and reasonable. I am beyond grateful and impressed with this automotive shop. If you need any services performed on your car, I highly recommend that you take it here. They are top-notch!!!”
