Just by observing how he interacts with customers in person and over the phone, I can see he is a wonderful professional, so pleasant, educated and helpful. Jayden at the customer service desk helped me with a financial transaction with Western Union, and he was also fantastic. Great additions to the team for Publix to continue shining and exceeding customer service expectations.”
