“Hours of Operation varies. Open sign usually visible, although it seems otherwise. You have to call the number posted in front of the Store, if there's no one there. Wait is less likely to be long. The Staff is Polite, Respectful, Knowledgeable and More likely to give You great deals on Phones, services and accessories for being a Loyal customer.”
“I had an experience with Corey today. They seem to be a bit busy, but he still found a way to get me in and out. (Pause) lol I needed to pay my phone bill and I’ve had a hard time paying over the phone because I can’t remember my pin so I’ve been paying in store. It was the first time someone offered me to just put it on auto pay thanks Cory. I appreciate you and I’ll be saving $15 a month.”

“Went to this location after visiting the T-Mobile on Flamingo Road in Pembroke Pines and a tech company on Stirling Road. Neither location could help me with the huge amount of popups I was experiencing on my Galaxy S24. Upon entering this T-Mobile I was very lucky to encounter a young lady named Rachael. In 5 minutes Rachael was able to solve my problem. She was really pleasant, professional, and efficient. I highly recommend her and this location.”

“Visited this location earlier this week and I cannot detail the wonderful experience I had, the Team here along with Claudia whom was who attended me is kind, efficient, and knowledgeable of their products and offered me many options which lead me to the purchase of my new IPhone 15 pro max. “My mom broke her phone. I needed an inexpensive replacement. I went to two other locations that had no reasonable options and didn't care if we had one. Then I found this location. We were greeted by Jacob with no wait time. I explained what we needed and he took us right to an affordable phone. He helped set it up as I had to piece the old together to get it working. He was helpful, patient and so kind. This will be my go to location from now on !! Thank you, mom's happy ☺️”

He graciously and without hesitation donated Solar Eclipse Viewing glasses to my classroom so that the students could experience the upcoming phenomenon. “I am editing this review. I went to the store yesterday and was helped to get in contact with customer service’s support number for a complicated issue. I then left, and ended up getting fraudulent activity on my account. The corporate team that I had to call to resolve this activity thought that the fraud happened from the store, which it did not. In fact, an employee at one of the Customer service lines overseas, changed my email and removed some numbers from my account, trying to hack into my account.
I came to the store after this incident, and the assistant manager helped me resolve the incident with the fraud department and customer service unfortunately, because there were so many people on my account during this issue, there was a misunderstanding that the store was at fault. The manager handled this with grace and dignity. While I can no longer give the customer support at Verizon a five star review after seven years of service because a call center employee did commit fraud, I can give this store an outstanding review for helping me to resolve this fraud. Thank you.”

Ana and Kaylen went above and beyond, staying late to ensure everything went smoothly.
