“Not sure why they get such bad reviews. I’ve been there a dozen times and everyone always has a smile on their face - even in the last hour before closing time when everyone is in a rush. They are helpful, offer a marker, make suggestions, and even offer extra packing tape if you need it. They don’t make you get back in line and wait; they’ll take your package when it’s ready if you had to make changes. This location is great.”

“This is my local post office and I've used them for everything from prepaid returns to buying stamps to sending international packages to money orders. Usually very little wait time, and friendly interactions with the experienced and efficient staff. It's so convenient and pleasant (unusually so by Miami customer service standards) that I'm honestly afraid DeJoy will shut this location down. Treat the staff with kindness and respect and it will be reciprocated!”

“I was recommended by a staff member who worked at another post office and to avoid the other ones in the area. Afterwards, I decided to check it out when I was in the Ojus area. The majority of the staff is very friendly. This is now second go-to USPS location (even if it's a little further away) in case my usual one is closed.”

“I visited this post office on a Friday around 1 pm and was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome I received.
While the location might be a bit challenging to find initially due to inadequate signage, once you arrive, the staff more than makes up for it with their exceptional customer service.
I am puzzled by the negative reviews; perhaps those experiences were influenced by the attitude of the customers. (You get back what you put out there)
I highly recommend this post office location to anyone in the area.”

Both Gladys and John Are absolute sweethearts. The place is always immaculate and they are both very efficient.
Every time I have come for a package delivery, they always go above and beyond in fulfilling our companies needs.
I do understand about the Unusual longer than average lunch hour. As they have explained it to me, they are a one to two main crew and the USPS main office does not support this smaller office.

“I have been using this USPS location for almost two years. When I first started shipping here, I left a negative review because some of my customers received damaged packages. Looking back, I realize that it wasn’t the fault of this post office.
After almost two years of coming here regularly, I can honestly say that the staff is wonderful. Everyone is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. It is genuinely a pleasure to visit this location because I know everything will be handled quickly, and if I have any questions, someone is always ready to assist.

“I went for the first time and the 3 ladies were professional, nice, well mannered and efficient. I have an issue with my mail being lost and they told me how to fill out a form to keep it in the post office for 30 days and I can pick it up or they even send it to me when my issue is resolved.”

Every time I visit, she is pleasant, professional, and always greets customers with a warm smile. Even when the post office is extremely busy and the lines are long, Marchell remains calm, organized, and patient.
She takes the time to explain everything in detail, making sure customers understand the process and what needs to be done. She also apologizes for any wait or inconvenience, which shows how much she genuinely cares about the people she serves.
Working in a busy post office is not easy, but Marchell consistently maintains a positive attitude and provides exceptional service. I live in Plantation and work in Hialeah so I try to use this office for any postal business. I appreciate Natalie for her diligence and kindness. “Very good post office! It was my first time here, and after seeing the 1.3-star rating, I honestly expected the worst. But the young woman who helped me today was polite, friendly, and very efficient.
I’m genuinely impressed by the patience of postal workers. Every time I go to a post office, there seems to be at least one customer who has no idea what they want, comes completely unprepared, and somehow makes it everyone else’s problem 😂 Today was no exception.
At this point, I’m starting to think those are the same people leaving all the one-star reviews. 🤣
