“I did a walk in for the Genius Bar and was lucky to get an appointment 2 hours later and I was assisted by Gregory. I had the absolute best experience with him assisting me. He calmly walked me through all possibilities for the reasons behind my screen flickering, did some troubleshooting, and when he found the cause, he walked me through all the options I had available and his personal advice. For example, today I came in thinking I wanted the HP Omnibook or Asus ProArt but after chatting with Sebastian, we figured out a MacBook Air was more what I was looking for.
