9516 Harding Ave, SurfsideThis Flannigans branch is top tier. My husband and I always enjoy our time here. I did want to highlight one waiter in particular as we have had him multiple times. Josh was an amazing waiter. Easily the best waiter that we have had at a Flannigans. He is incredibly attentive and always on his A game. He also listens to any requests the customers may have no matter how “out there” (he got my wings tossed in a specific sauce that I wanted).

We ordered the ribeye steak, sushi, and a salad, and everything was excellent. The ribeye was cooked perfectly, tender, and full of flavor definitely one of the better steaks we’ve had in the area. The sushi was fresh and well prepared, with great presentation and balanced flavors, not just your typical rolls. Even the salad stood out, crisp and fresh with high quality ingredients, which shows they pay attention to every detail, not just the main dishes.
Overall, Kosh delivers a well-rounded dining experience with consistency across the board. It’s a great spot whether you’re going for a nice dinner or just want reliably good food in Surfside. We’ll definitely be back.
