He also helped me get connected to the Disney Plus bundle and he set up our account (instead of just telling me what to do). He assisted my husband with upgrading his phone. Jake was very knowledgeable about each of the phone features; therefore, he was able to provide guidance on the best phone for my husband. He was professional, efficient and super helpful. He cleaned the phone, set up the case and screen protector and helped with the modifications needed for the online accounts. It was the smoothest cell phone experience I've ever had.”

“Went in to talk about upgrading some of our phones and changing our plans. I hate dealing with phones, promotions and sales reps. This experience however was fantastic. Store was clean, well stocked and everyone was friendly and attentive. We got all of our questions answered on the first trip without pressure and returned the following day to make all the changes. The staff spent 1.5 hrs getting everything in place for all 3 phones from transferring data, putting on screen protectors and buying cases and cords. Highly recommend”

“This is the store where I bought my latest cell phone of the two or three years ago and revisited this week to upgrade to a new Samsung s23 Plus. Danny the AT&t salesman who helped me was very accommodating but I'm afraid he was in experienced and entered my order incorrectly and it was later kicked out of the system by AT&t and I had to call 611 and speak to AT&t to reorder. It seems that they send a lot of their new recruits to this AT&t store I believe for training before sending them on to other locations and this seems to drop the new recruits on Tallahassee residence but it all got worked out and I will be using that store again in the future at least they didn't try to trick me and cheat me like the store in the northwest part of the city did.”
