“We got stranded when our engine blew in Florida on a road trip, and the kind lady from the front desk of our hotel (Laura at Wakulla Springs Lodge) directed us to Moody Auto. They made us a priority, quickly diagnosing the problem that, for cost reasons, essentially totalled our van. They let us leave our van there for almost a week while we got home in a rental and figured out what we were going to do. They even helped us find a salvage yard that would pick up our van without requiring us to come back to Florida. They were so helpful and understanding during this entire process - it really made it so much easier for us - and didn't charge us a dime because they knew what an ordeal we were going through. These days, it's hard to find businesses that are honest and have such great integrity, but Moody's is definitely in that number! Highest praise and recommendation! We are very grateful for their kind help.”

“I headed on a road trip soon and didn’t have much time to set an appointment. I stopped by and was able to hydrate and get my car’s oil changed. What made the experience worth while is utilizing my student discount in which the manager ended up giving me their discount instead which provided me better savings. My cabin air filter is washable so I didn’t need that service done but all fluid checks or free items were taken care of. Thanks guys”

“I went in for an oil change only. They noticed that my cabin filter was in a deplorable state. They showed me what it should be and gave me the option to whether or not I would change and yes, I did. I also requested to have my coolant changed here in Florida. “I was help today by a Mr. Dominique L, and mister Sedric L, not only were they extremely fast and proficient at saving the day with my company. I had a blow out on my back right tire needed a Val him change and couldn’t do the Val him change due to the tread being down. they found me a tire that would work on my truck exchange. The tire to the new tire, balanced it and we’re done in less than 15 minutes. Not only that they removed the two tires. I had on two other rooms so that I can put spare tires on them in the future, and they adjusted the air pressure and all my tires to make sure that they were equal the same and then I would be safe, driving for my 2 1/2 hour trip that I’m bout to take. They were extremely professional fast. They knew their products. Just very well. Outstanding gentlemen. Walmart. I informed their team lead Marcus, but I felt I needed to go step further, to make it be known that these two gentlemen are doing a standout Job at Walmart, Auto Center”
