“Had the pleasure of getting my rotors serviced here last week, office manager was out for the day but the senior tech helped with everything and was pretty personable. My wait time was only about half of what they told me and were pretty spot on about the quote after inspection, only off by a few bucks. Hard to find techs that actually have experience and know what they're doing. This place is solid.”
“Car bad been sitting for a while (friends place tallahassee)while I was abroad and the tires were low. Also, wanted to travel back to MD, and wanted to get tires checked to make sure I can drive back home. I called Mavis Tires, they got me in and out. Didn't charge me anything. My tire sensor light was on, they refilled all four tires with air and showed me how to recalibrate the sensor to reset it. I was thinking I was going to have an expensive bill, and I said how much do I owe you. They said its free...that was blessing. If I would have went to any other tire place they would have tried to take advantage of the opportunity to sell you new tires and u know the rest how it goes when you take your car in for service. So, far car has been fine. Will definitely recommend them and if I need service if ever I'm back in Tallahassee because (FAMU alumni ) will be returning there.”

“Awesome experience. You never know what you're going to get when you enter a quick oil change center - this place was very professional! I was greeted with a cold bottle of water, and the manager was on the floor working with customers and leading his team. There was a strong sense of safety as they called out all of their moves, as well as my preferences for the service. At the end, I shook the managers hand. Couldn't ask for more!”

“I headed on a road trip soon and didn’t have much time to set an appointment. I stopped by and was able to hydrate and get my car’s oil changed. What made the experience worth while is utilizing my student discount in which the manager ended up giving me their discount instead which provided me better savings. My cabin air filter is washable so I didn’t need that service done but all fluid checks or free items were taken care of. Thanks guys”

“I went in for an oil change only. They noticed that my cabin filter was in a deplorable state. They showed me what it should be and gave me the option to whether or not I would change and yes, I did. I also requested to have my coolant changed here in Florida. It is quite hot and I don’t need to break down all the road. So I appreciate all that they accommodated me with to keep my vehicle in good running condition.”

“Brought in a tire that needed a patch. MIke was our service advisor and did a good job communicating the problems; tire had additional damage near sidewall, their inventory suggested they had two tires towards a replacement, and in fact they had none and could not get the tire in the coming days. Less expensive tire was mounted and ready at closing time.”

“I came through Tallahasse Take 5 and was amazed at the service. The Assistant manager, Mr Hayes, really took the time to educate me about the maintenance process AND they kept me hydrated with cold bottled water on a hot summer day while I waited for svc. The staff was excellent.

“We ran into issues with our U-Haul trailer having bad tires with bubbles in them while going through Tallahassee, and needed two tires replaced. Contacted U-Haul and they sent out Nemo with Westside Tire & Brakes. They got to us pretty quickly was a little bit of a wait due to traffic and some GPS issues. When she arrived she got to work quickly and realized there was another tire that needed to be replaced and wanted to make sure we were safe to get on the road so she got on the phone and facilitated getting that tire replaced as well. Mohammad then also came out to bring us another tire and get us on our way. She was kind, thorough, and efficient. We are so grateful to both Nemo, Mohammad, and their company for making sure we were set and safe on our trip home!!”

“I was help today by a Mr. Dominique L, and mister Sedric L, not only were they extremely fast and proficient at saving the day with my company. I had a blow out on my back right tire needed a Val him change and couldn’t do the Val him change due to the tread being down. they found me a tire that would work on my truck exchange. The tire to the new tire, balanced it and we’re done in less than 15 minutes. Not only that they removed the two tires. I had on two other rooms so that I can put spare tires on them in the future, and they adjusted the air pressure and all my tires to make sure that they were equal the same and then I would be safe, driving for my 2 1/2 hour trip that I’m bout to take. They were extremely professional fast. They knew their products. Just very well. Outstanding gentlemen. Walmart. I informed their team lead Marcus, but I felt I needed to go step further, to make it be known that these two gentlemen are doing a standout Job at Walmart, Auto Center”
