It was my first time renting a unit, and Dolores was very sweet and helpful!! I had a lot of questions but she had patience and ensured I was all set up. Her customer service is excellent & will definitely recommend others to go to her as well.

We had an amazing experience while utilizing E.S.S. The facility is always clean and there are ample supply of hand carts for assisting in moving you items in and out. Anytime we needed anything Jason was always there to help us out.
