Payless Car Rental offers excellent prices and generally smooth, easy check-in and return processes. The staff is consistently described as friendly, helpful, cheerful, and professional. The rental cars are typically great, fabulous, and good on mileage. However, there can be occasional issues with vehicle availability and extending a rental over the phone is reportedly difficult. Despite these occasional problems, many customers recommend the company for its convenience, right price, and helpful people.
Don’t rent from here … no one at counter… 2 hours wait to get to another rental agent. Phone isn’t answered by someone who can actually help you… just says keep trying and wait til someone comes! Really?

Super friendly staff. Very accommodating for a lower budget option. Returned car and they gave us a ride directly to the departure terminal instead of putting us on a shuttle. Appreciated.

Was hard to find the reservation desk and the entrance to park to pickup the rental.
