“I recently needed to buy two scrub tops and pants for my job and was in a rush because I needed them the next day. I called one day 30 minutes before closing and Cara and Jane offered to help me by purchasing the items over the phone because they had to close in 20 mins but I told them that I would come by the next day. I then called the following day 1 hour before they closed because that’s when I got out of work and asked them to put two sizes on hold for me to try on. I arrived 30 minutes before closing and Cara and Jane were nothing but the sweetest and most understanding. The helped me pick the best fit and I am beyond happy with their beyond remarkable customer service. I have worked retail jobs for 3 plus years, and I can confidently say that these ladies are the best of the best and deserve a raise 1000%. Thank you ladies for everything and being the amazing people that you are!”

“Suitsupply almost turned into the typical suit store experience. Inattentive employees, customer service was subpar, management even seemed to be lacking customer service skills. Right before turning to my wife and leaving, Pierce came up and introduced himself and assisted me, I was envisioning a custom suit for my wedding that stood out and was above the rest, he helped me put together my own custom suit and paint the picture I imagined for myself. Pierce’s customer service skills and personality made my experience really valuable. Spending custom suit money shouldn’t lack the customer centric approach and he embodies that. Thank you Pierce.”
“I have been coming to on your toes for so many years for all of our dancewear and needs I'm so heartbroken that they are being forced out of their home that they have had for decades since before all of these other people were here in this shopping mall ? it is wrong and unfair I recommend doing anything you can to help them out! Very knowledgeable about the various shoes, professional and is honest. I tried on two different sizes and I felt like the smaller shoe felt better. Well, he said, "no, no, no, they are too small, your left foot is hanging over the back which means you won't get the benefits of the shoes proper fit". The customer is not always right, listen to the sales associate! He knows all the products! I'll definitely go back when he is there.”

“Important to mention Karen at this store. She was 5 STAR amazing - arrived in FL from northeast, realized I hadn't packed warm pants for the cold the spell. I called the store, explained my dilemma, Karen pulled a few things for me so when we arrived in Tampa, I could walk in and try on. She looked up my prior purchases, and i was amazed at her care. She even sent a HANDWRITTEN TY note via good 'ol snail mail - so thoughtful. I've been shopping in a NJ location for a couple of years - never received a note. Instead of ordering online, I intend to order directly from this store in the future - they went above and beyond. Thank you Karen.”

I ordered two pairs of ballroom dance shoes online — one was uncomfortably tight across the metatarsal, and the other fit well but left my toes hanging over the edge. I worried that sizing up wouldn’t solve the length issue and started to think online shopping wasn’t going to work for me.
Dance Tampa was open on Sunday (rare in the Tampa Bay area), so I stopped by. I was greeted immediately, asked what I was looking for, and shown the available styles. The staff asked about my preferences, brought out shoes to try, and made the process effortless. I was in and out in ten minutes with the perfect pair of shoes.

The third attempt was to drive to their state side flagship store in Bal Harbor, Miami for the third measurement. BIG MISTAKE. That fashion company has yet to 100% refund that expensive disaster.Enter Kirby's. “Today I received a HANDWRITTEN note from Nayomie at this location with specific details about my purchase. Honestly. I love Ann Taylor. It's my go to for work wear, but this shocked me. I had bought a suit on final sale online, but the the jacket was canceled and refunded. Westshore had a potential size to complete the suit. The sales assistant I spoke with on the phone with was VERY helpful. She didn't sound annoyed at all. The lady who helped me in shop was also really nice. However, even on sale, the in-store blazer was 3xs what I paid online during their sale. The manager honored the original purchase price and was super nice about it.
Westshore is out of my way now, but if I have to go in the actual shop for anything, it will absolutely be Westshore. Thank you for your help and great customer service!”
