The Artisan On Macdill was a small, affordable apartment complex known for its friendly maintenance team and responsive management. However, the complex faced some challenges, such as limited parking, thin walls, and a lack of amenities like a pool or gym. Overall, the apartment was considered a good deal, with the maintenance and management team making the experience positive for many residents.
I really enjoyed living here! It is a really great value compared to larger complexes. Not to mention the Management is very responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely live here again!

Beautiful neighborhood location! The building staff is also very responsive and helpful with dealing with any maintenance issues. Move-in was quick and seamless thanks to Jonna + Jaime!
