Great place to live in a nice quiet neighborhood with affordable prices especially for S tampa. The team and Shana has always went above and beyond, which is why many of tenants has been there for years.

Nate makes this place a great place to live. He and the maintenance team are friendly and we appreciate it! Other processes could be improved, but overall it's a good deal!
