Worst experience ever with uhaul. Several things went wrong due to the staff at this location.

Unfortunately you will have to just wait like an hour for no reason looks like they are all looking for different things (mouse paper …..) just not helping customers

The Cust.Svc representative was thoughtful and thorough. I was scheduled an appointment for hitch services, due to parts needing a week for ordering. I was also asked if I wanted go to the next U-Haul hitch servicer. I chose my nearest U-Haul servicer with parts to be ordered. I was in no rush.
