Similarly, at the Carrollwood store, the staff member Jeff initially had a lighthearted, joking exchange with the customer, though he was not as helpful when it came to setting up the new iPhone 14 Pro Max. The customer later had a much better experience at the Wesley Chapel Verizon, where the staff were very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable, exchanging the defective phone and assisting with the setup. At the Carrollwood store, the customer was charged a $30 set-up fee, even though the staff did not help with the setup process. In contrast, the Verizon store in Carrollwood was praised for its excellent customer service, with the staff member Juan and Angela providing a seamless and helpful experience, including assistance with adding device protection. Overall, Verizon's Tampa-area stores offer a range of convenient services and generally provide high-quality customer support, with some variation in individual experiences.

Charity was awesome she taught us some much and now we are Verizon customers. Verizon had great deals going and I even get one year of direct tv Sunday ticket free!!!! Highly recommend this place. AT&T and there bullcrap prices and massive dropped calls no more
