“If I could give 10 starts I would. I initially spoke with Rick Gibson inquiring about a truck I’ve been looking for. From the beginning he was friendly, informative and thorough. I had a great feeling about him, unlike any other dealer or dealership transactions I’ve done in the past. We made the 9 hour drive to pick up our new truck. He was again extremely friendly, accommodating and fair. The price he told me is the exact price we paid, no gimmicks or hidden fees. We had something come up and he quickly addressed it. “Mr Stuart fixed my 2014 TDI Passat after two VW dealers charged me more and did less. I will use this shop again. Detailed and honest with his diagnosis and repair. I was impressed with his troubleshooting skills and findings. When he presented his findings that all the injectors need to be replaced, he showed injector voltage printouts showing drop off( irregularities etc). As a prior tech he is detailed and meticulous. Will use again, worth the wait sine he’s busy.”
