“I go to this speedway often before or after taking my kids to school. I understand that they have a monopoly in the area and they have to deal with teenagers who may or may not be very polite at given times. Also, that is why you have so much business. So when I go in there I expect a little bit of friendliness. Most of the time I feel like I’m interrupting the miserable associate at the counter. Almost feeling the need to cheer them up or encouraging them to acknowledge me as a human. Not today…Alexa was warm and sweet. No matter what you do you should do it well and it costs nothing to smile and to be nice to people. Thank you Alexa. Thank you for being a good person. You never know when that customer you just helped might need a smile. On a side note…the students at the high school deserve respect, that is how they learn too. They are your bread and butter. We need more Alexas.”

“After an unpleasant experience with another CVS, I had decided to stop using them. As it turned out I ended up at the minute clinic at the cvs pharmacy in Tarpon Springs, Florida the next day. They were everything and then some that the previous location was not! Incredibly helpful, kind and considerate as well as fast and efficient. They are now my new go to, even thought they are 2 towns away! Kudos and so much more to the front end that greeted and assisted me upon my arrival, the staff picking up and straightening as I walked through the store, the minute clinic staff who were fast efficient, knowledgeable and caring and lastly to the pharmacy staff who moved like lightening and filled my scripts efficiently. My visit to Tarpon Springs CVS was flawless!”
“I had an issue with my gas the other day and thought the pump might of been malfunctioning and did not give the amount of gas that I had gotten charged for. I talked to Eddie, the manager in the morning, about my situation with the gas pump. He took the time to hear me out and solved my issue right away. We found out that I had a faulty fuel gauge. This is the first time that I've ever ran into a problem like this. I am very pleased to have been helped out by Eddie and given advice on how to move forward on monitoring gas mileage until the faulty fuel gauge can be fixed.”
“Great pizza, and some of the best Tacos you can find in the area. Been going to lunch here for a couple months, ever since the new owner took over this place it has improved.The gas pumps still need some work, however the new owner was handed a real mess of a place and doing what he can to turn it all around.I highly suggest trying the pizza from the kitchen.Also for those leaving 1 stars are most likely sock puppet accounts with an axe to grind on the old owner.Please look for accounts like mine with well over 50+ reviews. Some folks just want to make fake accounts with 1-4 reviews to hurt and review bomb stores.The owner has been working very hard to make changes from previous owners. I would recommend you give the place another chance if you have not been here since it changed owners.”

“I think the complaints are people who expect employees to perform miracles when they don't know how to get things done ahead of time. I have had great service here and the staff is always so friendly and a joy to be around. The pharmacy is, at no fault of their own, overwhelmed because they are the only Walgreens for miles. Do this city and Walgreens employees a favor and build another to support everyone's needs.”
