“I go to this speedway often before or after taking my kids to school. I understand that they have a monopoly in the area and they have to deal with teenagers who may or may not be very polite at given times. Also, that is why you have so much business. So when I go in there I expect a little bit of friendliness. Most of the time I feel like I’m interrupting the miserable associate at the counter. Almost feeling the need to cheer them up or encouraging them to acknowledge me as a human. Not today…Alexa was warm and sweet. No matter what you do you should do it well and it costs nothing to smile and to be nice to people. Thank you Alexa. Thank you for being a good person. You never know when that customer you just helped might need a smile. On a side note…the students at the high school deserve respect, that is how they learn too. They are your bread and butter. We need more Alexas.”

“Since the new owners took over very friendly will find what you need and I noticed the bad reviews are not from Tarpon but other cities which have bad neighborhoods and their area is the worst but I feel safe and enjoyed stopping by and getting my essentials if I want another brand or looking for something the owner and employees try their best to accommodate. “Pressed Cuban is very good. Associate at the registry asked me to put away my bought ((payed!!!!) She wants to spray the counter while I waited for my Cuban sandwich...nothing other to understand than a customer is good to pay but she needs to wipe away their coming to the shop. Mental issue I think.”

“Navigating the medication shortage over the past 3 years has not been easy. It’s even more difficult to do so at a CVS that is one of the busiest in the area. I have to say that Pharmacy Manager Matt, as well as Pharmacist Monica and others have done an excellent job, all while being under an enormous amount of stress. I have had to learn patience at times, however the staff here will always do whatever they can to deliver for their patients. Thank you.”

“I think the complaints are people who expect employees to perform miracles when they don't know how to get things done ahead of time. I have had great service here and the staff is always so friendly and a joy to be around. The pharmacy is, at no fault of their own, overwhelmed because they are the only Walgreens for miles. Do this city and Walgreens employees a favor and build another to support everyone's needs.”

Two of the people who work there helped me so much even though they were trying to work elsewhere. Thank you so much for helping me Mike and Elisha. I would have been there all day if you hadn't helped me”
“Great pizza, and some of the best Tacos you can find in the area. Been going to lunch here for a couple months, ever since the new owner took over this place it has improved.The gas pumps still need some work, however the new owner was handed a real mess of a place and doing what he can to turn it all around.I highly suggest trying the pizza from the kitchen.Also for those leaving 1 stars are most likely sock puppet accounts with an axe to grind on the old owner.Please look for accounts like mine with well over 50+ reviews. Some folks just want to make fake accounts with 1-4 reviews to hurt and review bomb stores.The owner has been working very hard to make changes from previous owners. I would recommend you give the place another chance if you have not been here since it changed owners.”
