I had taken my mini Cooper to another shop who quoted me insane prices to fix an engine misfire, I took it to Lake County Euros for a second opinion and they were able to identify the problem better and give me a price that was 1/3rd of what the other shop quoted me. When a secondary error code popped up during the repair, they were able to identify that the problem was caused by something else not immediately identified and were able to actually lower the cost of repairs from the original quote as the total part cost was going to go down. I was extremely impressed by the transparency and honesty they showed and can't recommend them enough!”
