“I’ve been getting all of my tailoring done at this Nordstrom for some time now, primarily for pant hemming, and every visit has been a consistently excellent experience with the men's department tailoring team.
This past Sunday, Joice was on duty and checked me into the fitting room, promptly calling a tailor to assist me. While I waited, I observed Joice skillfully helping multiple clients—offering both style and alteration advice, assisting at the register, and managing the overall flow of the department.
It was impressive to witness such seamless multitasking paired with exceptional customer service and attention to detail. The store is well stocked with variety and clean. Staff is great and accommodating (one-on-one) service. After trying on multiple shirts, I ended up with a golf style shirt.”
