“I stopped at this Dollar Tree on 8/10/26 around 6:34, and it was very hot outside. I asked the female associate if there was a chair for my mom to sit down while I shopped. She said that unfortunately there wasn't one provided by the store. As my mother and I began to shop, she went to the back and came out with a chair from the breakroom for my mother. I can't express enough how thoughtful that was of her, and her kindness doesn't go unnoticed. I neglected to get her name, but she was working with Brent on this day. Store was clean, and we'll definitely visit again in the future.”
“Bealls is still my go to store for shoes. I like to be able to try them on and walk around. My shoe size is common and selections are therefore limited. The shoe department sales person was helpful. I did not realize Bealls no longer has sales. I did not use my store credit card in two years so it was no longer valid and was not working. No bother. I enjoyed the trip and found shoes I can wear with multiple outfits. I signed up for some type of bonus for my birthday, I read in the PB Post that the mall was sold and all the stores are leaving. I was unable to verify this information with the staff. I hope Bealls stays forever in Florida.”
“If you need anything for a new baby, go to Nordstrom and talk to Josh! My daughter was looking at strollers and car seats and Josh was amazing at explaining all the different types options and features. He was very helpful and friendly and I would highly recommend him if you are researching these options.”

I called other stores, and no one was helpful. Then I decided to call Bloomingdale's Palm Beach Gardens. “They have a pretty good selection but the checkout counter took longer than it should have because they staff were focused more on the end of night duties and side conversations than getting the line out quickly. No one was rude but I had to stand through conversations of who had to do what to close and who didn't do what earlier during the shift. I work in retail so I have a customer first approach. It was about 30 minutes until the store closed and I had just gotten off work at the mall so I get it people are tired but its still important to focus on the transaction and quickly service guests so then you can get on with proper closing responsibilities.”
“I had such a wonderful experience with Kim and Jhonatan at the Chanel Fragrance counter inside Macy’s. They both went above and beyond to help me find the perfect gift for my mother-in-law’s birthday, which was very important to me.
They were incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely willing to help. They also did a beautiful job with the gift wrapping and decoration, making the present feel even more special.
I am a Chanel customer, and every time I shop at Macy’s, I leave happy because of the outstanding service. Kim and Jhonatan truly deserve recognition for their professionalism, kindness, and dedication. Thank you both for making this experience so memorable!”

“We like shopping at this location due to its friendly staff. One of the employees who goes by Eric is very helpful, attentative and knows we're the products are located within the isles. If I am having a bad day, I find myself leaving with a smile.
Also, Xander is super willing to help and has a great willingness attitude to help. He is helpful in pointing me in the right direction to locate products. This store does have many products that one would not think of having... Such as various hardware items. If this store does not have it then, just go next door to the local hardware store.
Much appreciated for these two guys customer service skills. It goes a long way and encourages repeat shoppers.

“This is my favorite TJ MAXX store. It always has a nice selection of high end clothing in its RUNWAY section that’s near the front of the store. Employees are always friendly and helpful. I found a lovely pearl necklace on my recent visit. The employee was very nice and gave her honest opinion when I was trying to decide between two pearl necklaces.”

“Salvatore Ferragamo, an Italian luxury goods designer company. They specialize in leather goods, time pieces, clothing, belts, and my favorite shoes. For several weeks, I had been shopping for shoes for a potential business meeting that I was unsure would ever occur. I had visited this Ferragamo location twice, and it was my second visit that I found the most surprisingly enjoyable. The sales representative that assisted me was just wonderful and very accommodating. It was the best shopping experienced I have had ever, and I am not fond of shopping for myself at all. Although Ferragamo offers luxury high-end Italian goods, the store requires representation that lives up to their brand, and the sales representative that assisted me was that person”
“I like this Walmart. It's always clean. The people are a lot more friendly at this one than the one down on North Lake. The construction is a little inconvenient to last awhile as it seemed to last forever but overall it's pretty good. The carts here are better than the one on North Lake but still could use some work”
