“This store is always clean, the staff is always very kind and do their best to ensure you have a pleasant visit. Merchandise is constantly being shopped, so it's understandable that it's never perfect. No complaints.”

“I'm in a dilemma reviewing this store. The staff is professional, patient and pleasant. If this store were able to run on its own, I believe it would be a five star establishment. However, I think corporate policies hold it down a bit.1) They are understaffed and during certain times, their lines are quite long. Thanks to the efficiency of their staff, they are not nearly as bad as far too many HomeGoods stores I've seen (which is why I make a point of coming here), but the lines are still quite long.2) They have return policies that can cause one return to cause a delay. HomeGoods sells many items that are over $200 (or $300...there was some debate on the cap). To need to get certain managers to approve the returns (the item(s) is there; the receipt is there. What is the problem?), is absurd. Trust your employees!So, sorry ladies...you're absolutely fabulous. Please get word to corporate, so you can be 5 stars.”

“Jenifer the store manager noticed I was using a cane, their were no wagons available, she went out of her way to empty one that was full of merchandise and would not let me help. She also empied a box I desperately needed. I have been shopping at this store for over twenty years and have seen many many managers come and go. Jenifer is also kind, considerate, professional, friendly and always moving. I hope Jenifer will stay, she is definitely an asset to your company.”
