“What an amazing place and people! I found this place around 4 months ago, and I won’t change it any time soon. I use to bring my shih-tzu to Petsmart, and I noticed that her hair was not good at all. It was all choppy and some areas were shorter than others, so I decided to look for a better place. That’s when I found Woof Gang Westchase. Her first appointment I saw immediate change! Her energy was completely different than before (all happy and excited! She didn’t even want to leave lol)! Enrique never disappoints either! He is super knowledgeable and helped me fix Lilah’s hair. And she always looks amazing after her grooms with him! Will 100% recommend! Super happy with this place, because it’s noticeable that they care for your furry kids! Thank you Enrique, and everyone working here ❤️

Very frustrated with the floor manager this Sunday evening who continued to insist that she helped me a few days prior when in fact, she did not. No matter how many times I told her she was mistaken, she continued to contradict me. Plus, the fact that your system can't look up an order by a member's phone number is absurd. Wasted a lot of time for nothing but frustration.”
“We love ‘Dog Lovers’! Debbie and her team provide outstanding customer service all of the time. My family is busy, so we greatly appreciate the pet food delivery service! Today we tried the pet wash stations on site, and it was so much better than attempting to wash my two huge dogs at home. The pet wash area is equipped with everything you might need, and is well appointed with towels, soaps, dryers, and more. After scrubbing down two dogs I didn’t have the normal back-breaking pain thanks to the adjustable wash basin that allows you to lift or lower the tub.
Overall, I appreciate this business very much because of the outstanding customer service. The people at Dog Lovers really do care, and that makes me want to return to establishments like this versus big box stores. If you haven’t checked out this spot, do your furry friend a favor, and stop on in!”

“I go to the store on Anderson Rd. in Tampa mostly for dry cat food and lickable cat treats. They have a broad selection of products, including brands that I consider healthier than those carried in grocery stores and at Walmart. My cat never hesitates to eat the healthier brands. Best of all the store always has decent sales going on. The employees are kind and helpful as well.”
“This rescue is run by some of the nicest folks I've ever met. They truly care for all their rescues and make certain they find their forever homes. Very clean facility with a large yard to get to know your potential new family member. The gentleman who runs the rescue is Rick and he is very understanding and personable. If you are looking to adopt a dog or cat, they have a large selection and it will be hard not to want to take home more than one.”

“I recently visited the pet supermarket in Palm Harbor for the first time looking for new fish and plants for my 75-gallon tank, and I had a great experience. I was assisted by a staff member named Candace, who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the different options available. I wanted to make sure whatever I got would be able to live with my angel as he’s my tank puppy! She took the time to answer all my questions and didn’t make me feel rushed at all, which I truly appreciated. Based on this visit, I would definitely rank this store among my top three choices for meeting my tank needs. I look forward to returning for future purchases.”

“I don't know what happened to the one star raters, but everyone has an opinion. This place has everything you can think of. Yes it is cluttered but that is because they have so much product. They need a place the size of Petco because they have more inventory then Petco. I don't know about the rude employees, because I was treated fine. I have lived here 20 years and have never been in before because from the road it looks like a little whole in the wall. It is much larger than I thought. I have aways shopped at Petco or PetSmart because they are the big boys. But I had a major problem with my aquarium and lost all of my fish and went to Petco and PetSmart for some answers and got them. Both the employees that helped me in both stores told me to come here because this is the only place they go for fish and supplies. I am a believer. This is also the only place I will come from now on.”

When I was younger my dads office was close yet a little far and had to walk here sometimes just for the fun of it cause what else dose a 8 year old do at an office and so I went almost everytime I was with my dad at work or we drove past to go the dent and the people who work here never EVER said anything rude (I buy here almost every couple of months) I have gotten snails fish spiders crawfish EVERYTHING from them also it is a little dirty on the ground but who. Can. Blame. Them! They work all day to keep things clean! Imagine for a couple of hours having to clean this amazing store over and over cause some tank spills a little! “They have a great selection of products for our cats and one of the employees helped me pick out a natural cat litter for our cats. The churro cat treats big tub was $45 for 50 tubes and I had just stopped at Publix and bought the same size for $26. Keep an eye on what you buy, they have some good deals but overpriced on other items.”
“First time using salty bottom. I ordered a clean up crew and everything they sent was alive and well. I never received an email with the tracking info but that’s minor. I feel like they even gave me a higher quantity on some of the things I ordered which was nice. Good experience, I would order from them again.”
