“BEST GROOMERS EVER! We’ve been bringing Winston to Woof since he was a puppy and he is now 8 years old! Jorge and the entire Woof! here it is team have truly earned our loyalty. When we moved to Wesley Chapel, we tried a closer groomer and quickly learned that convenience isn’t everything, we were told Winston was a difficult dog, and at the end we were not happy with his cut. We made the drive back to Woof and we couldn’t be happier. The experience the staff has, to the prices and service they provide the extra distance is absolutely worth it for a place we trust completely with our boy. Highly recommend!”

“Once upon a time we expected good customer service as the norm. Now it is the exception and often feels like we are inconveniencing the staff when we ask questions. Today I met Kim at Ace Hardware Tarpon Springs. She helped me with the questions I had and when they didn't have that product in stock, she took the time to find it at the Dunedin location and even called to confirm and had them hold it for me. Thank you Kim for the great customer experience!!!”

“This store was a great shop for dog supplies. We bought a seat belt to plug into the seat belt connector and the adjustable belt attaches to the dog's harness ring. Staff was warm and inviting, found a treat for my dog and I even got to sample a dog treat. So glad we found this store. Thanks for such great customer service.”

They have a treat wagon that travels with tons of unique treats as well. And, they have a loyalty program where you can earn discounts on your purchase as well. “I love this place! After going to several other groomers and being very disappointed someone at the dog park recommended Pupperazi. The difference in my dogs appearance and the groomers skill set is amazing. They are 30 minutes from me and I will continue to make the drive because my pup looks great and feels great after being groomed...thank you for doing such a fabulous job. 🥰”

“Could not be more amazed with Rebecca grooming our guy! We adopted him a couple months ago from the Humane Society - and he hates it when we bathe or brush him. Needless to say, the thought of getting him groomed was anxiety-inducing. Rebecca worked a miracle with our guy - he loved her. Beyond thrilled with how he turned out, too. We are so thankful to have found her!:)”

“I had the most wonderful experience at this location today. It's one of 2 locations I frequent for cat supplies. I ran in today after getting an email for a good sale on my cat's wet food. We all know how particular cats can be! They were totally out of the one box of food he likes and Kendall went out of his way to check the top shelves and the backroom. 10/10 super friendly and was so willing to go above and beyond. I grabbed a few cans to get by for the week and asked Jill if there was a rain check system on sales when products were out of stock. There's a new management team as of today, Jill had messaged them clarifying the new policies and if that was still offered and I had planned to leave my number just in case. The management team was responsive and we were able to work something out in less than 10 minutes. I always enjoy my shopping experience at this location. I've not once had a bad time. There is a rock solid and friendly crew at this store. Thanks so much to both Kendall and Jill for going above and beyond for a senior cat they don't even know.”

“This rescue is run by some of the nicest folks I've ever met. They truly care for all their rescues and make certain they find their forever homes. Very clean facility with a large yard to get to know your potential new family member. The gentleman who runs the rescue is Rick and he is very understanding and personable. If you are looking to adopt a dog or cat, they have a large selection and it will be hard not to want to take home more than one.”

“Just adopted a 3 month old tan german shepard, walked in. They asked if I know what I'm looking for, umm NOPE. I need things to keep this land shark busy. She helped fill my cart with toys, training treats, beds. Great job, she was right. My puppy loves the stuffed pig 🐖. We returned the following week for his first round of shots.”

“They have a great selection of products for our cats and one of the employees helped me pick out a natural cat litter for our cats. The churro cat treats big tub was $45 for 50 tubes and I had just stopped at Publix and bought the same size for $26. Keep an eye on what you buy, they have some good deals but overpriced on other items.”
