“Let me tell you how wonderful and honest this place is..me and my wife bought a unsafe and basically undrivable car from HGreg in Orlando..that dealership is TERRIBLE and they scammed us..they sold us a car with a COMPLETELY rotted frame..I took it to 3 mechanics..1 wanted to charge me WAY to much..the other place wouldn't even touch the car..took it to Smitty's and not only did he say he could do it and help us but he GENUINELY cared..his manager (happy)and entire team made us feel comfortable and safe that we were in good hands..their confidence and knowledge showed..not only did the fix our car they did it in a EXTREMELY reasonable time and price! “Had a nail in my tire but didnt have the key for the wheel lug nut lock. The service team was great and friendly, worked me in quickly and removed the lug lock and put on my spare tire. “I got my tires replaced here. There was a particular brand in which I was interested. However, another brand that was better and for the same price was available. As a woman, I was somewhat first skeptical, so I internet researched it. I have been extremely happy with the smooth ride and traction through hurricanes with these tires. Today, as I exited work, I saw that I had 19 psi on one tire, that had earlier been 29. I called these guys, who told me to pump up that tire and bring it in. They removed a screw from my tire and charged me nothing, which is the opposite of what the first part of the sentence infers. My wait time was very short, which I spent mostly thinking and probably looking at people weirdly because I was thinking. These guys are the ultimate professionals and have great customer service. Definitely go here!”

After being loyal customers of Beau and Michelle we were sad to here they had sold the business, and a little nervous about new ownership, with the reputation some mechanic shops have for ripping people off.
Well we had our first experience with the new owner, George today.
I called with a problem with my AC on my Honda Odyessy on Friday, he said sure bring it by and drop it off on Monday and I will take a look at it. I also had a squeaky brake so I asked him to check that as well.
He called this afternoon with good news, no problem with the AC, I had set the button in the wrong position. Duh. But he ran all the tests on the lines and checked the freon which was a little low but no big deal, he topped it off anyway. No charge! Very cool. Checked the brake pads, no need to replace them yet, still in pretty good shape. Yay!
Then he also told me that when driving the car the tech noticed a drag in the transmission, which we knew about but hadn't mentioned to him.
He had the tech come out and show me how to adjust the AC and the guy proceeded to tell me that honda had a recall on my year honda and that he had looked it up, but it was past the warranty on my car, but it might be worth calling them. So I did, and guess what?
Instead of the cost a new transmission I have an appt, at the honda dealer to have the transmission reset. Fingers crossed the service department said it may still be able to be fixed at no cost or maybe a minimal charge compared to a new transmission.
So a big shout out to A-1 for the continued stellar customer service!!
And a huge thank you to the new owner, George and his guys in the shop, they really know thier craft!

“5/03/2024 - Umatilla Saw & Mower sent me to Mr. Joe to get 2 front replacement tires for my riding mower. Upon arrival I was greeted by Mr. Joe. He took care of me very quickly while making me feel like he had known me for a life time. He did not have the tires I needed, but he said he would have them in the next morning by 10 am. I returned the next day with my mower. This place was very busy for being noon on a Saturday. I was concerned if I would be able to have his staff put the tires on for me. Mr. Joe said it would not be a problem and his staff would work quickly to get it done. It was done within 45 minutes or less. The hospitality of Mr. Joe and his staff while we waited, the very reasonable prices and great customer service makes this a 5 star review. - Thank you Joe for sharing your family photos to a complete stranger.
