The interior could definitely use a deep clean and a modern refresh to match the professional standards of Coral Gables. It was 'okay' for a quick drop-off because the service was functional, but the grime made it a less-than-pleasant environment to wait in. If you just need a fast shipping label, it works, but don't expect a pristine storefront.”

On my last visit, however, things turned sour, not with the UPS employees, but with the company that issued the QR code for return which wasn't working and when it finally was, it was only registering 1 of the 3 returns... The store manager was extremely calm, collected and professional (as well as the 2 other gentleman employees)
despite the fact I was very upset and not in my best mood being there almost an hour. That shows the kind of professionals that work at this location ????”
